pillow was too hot
pillow was too hot, they agreed a refund then wasted my time and money sending it back , saying it was not resaleable. Absolute rubbish as i tried the pillow for 1 hour with one of their pillowcases as protection.
Complete rip off. Do not use

Buyer Beware
A duvet was returned to this company a fortnight ago for a full refund which the law requires them to give and it was received by them on 16/4/24( next day). I am still awaiting a refund and have received no communication whatsoever other than my husband being promised a refund email to my account over the phone either yesterday or this morning yet I have received nothing. I would suggest you avoid this company if there is a chance you may have to return an item for a refund at all!

Absolutely useless - Avoid
Absolutely useless from beginning to end.
Couldn't take payment initially.
Once payment had been taken they missed out things from our order.
We left several messages to call us back as there was no-one available to take our call.
Nobody came back to us.
Eventually I managed to speak with someone who promised they would get back to me that day. It's three days later now and they still haven't got in contact with us.
These guys are thieves - avoid.
