I brought the king-size bed and the mattress went down after usage for 2 months they have replaced it with a new Mattress and this mattress also has the same problem. It seems the quality is good and did not recommended anyone.

delay after delay

I placed an order with Beddenplein with the expectation of a smooth and timely delivery, as promised. Initially, I was informed my order would arrive in week 51. However, my experience has been fraught with unmet promises and a lack of communication that has left me deeply disappointed.

On December 20, after not receiving any update, I reached out to Beddenplein, only to be told my bed would arrive at the warehouse on December 22. By December 30, still without any update, I contacted them again, expressing my concern over the lack of communication. Their response on January 4 was a vague promise of delivery in weeks 2/3, a sudden and unexplained change from the original timeline.

On January 23, frustrated by another period of silence, I reached out again, only to be met with more silence. I attempted to contact them via their web form on January 29, and received a response, notably lacking any apology, claiming my bed would arrive this week and I would be contacted. Yet here we are on February 5, with no response, no call, nothing.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The constant delays, broken promises, and lack of communication from Beddenplein have been unacceptable. The failure to deliver on time, coupled with the absence of any form of apology or adequate customer service, has made this a disappointing experience. I expected much more from a company that prides itself on quick delivery times. Unfortunately, I am left with no choice but to share my negative experience and consider canceling my order if the situation does not improve immediately.

I bought a bed from Beddenplein in…

I bought a bed from Beddenplein in August, the delivery date was 25/08. Soon after I received a call changing it to 2nd week of September. No problem! But september came and went and I didn't hear anything from them (not a call, not an email, nothing). So I called them to ask, they said the delivery time changed to first week of October. Again, they didn't delivered it and didn't give me a call, an email or nothing. I called and was told that the new date was last week of October or first of november. I called them everyday for those two weeks to try to get a specific day, only to have the answer that again the delivery time changed, this time to December 17 (4 months after the initial delivery date). All this time, they never reached out to me to give me any of those updates, only after I called many many times I could get some info.

At this point I was tired of waiting and sleeping in an air mattress. I told them it was unacceptable and they offered me a cheaper bed that was available. It wasn't what I wanted, but I accepted because I just wanted it to be over with. The treatment and communication was always terrible and I made it clear about how I was feeling. I asked for some kind of compensation for the long wait and terrible treatment, they said there was nothing they could do because it wasn't their fault. They were going to pay us back the difference between the beds and give us free assembly, but that was all.

After all of this, when the bed was finally delivered, we were surprised to find out that the delivery people simply would not assemble - not even bring it upstairs to our apartment. I insisted that the company promised us that, but the delivery guys didn't care - they were rude, just left everything by the front door and head off.

So, again, more empty promises.

When I complained about this, Beddenplein just dismissed, said it wasn't their fault and they couldn't do anything about it.

Through out this whole process I felt disrespected and ignored. We still haven't receive the money they own us, we have a bed that we did not choose and a bagage of terrible treatment from them.

Unreliable and Inadequate Service

Please also read Google reviews before buying a bed from this company. They promised a delivery time of 7 weeks, but it ended up being delayed multiple times, totaling months! Also beware that they use 3rd party for call center, bed supplier, delivery, and they wash their hands of any responsibility, blaming the supplier. If you value your time, money and sanity, stay away from Beddenplein. There are plenty of better options out there that truly value its customers and provides a service they deserve.

Wonderful bed

Despite the fact that I had to wait longer for delivery, this bed and mattress are incredibly comfortable and I sleep like a baby! I highly recommend ordering!

So comfortable, it is easy to oversleep in these beds

I am very happy with my new bed from Beddenplein.nl, so much so that the first night I slept on the new bed after they kindly delivered and installed the bed, I and my wife overslept on the following Sunday since the bed was so comfortable. Extremely bad quality mattress and unhelpful customer service

We ordered a double bed mattress from Beddenplein. The delivery was fast and the quality of the mattress was great, initially. However, less than a year later the mattress started to sink / dent in and became extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. It completely lost all its support / comfort. After reaching out to Beddenplein's customer service, we were advised that the 2 year warranty (as advertised on their website) does not cover mattresses and that we cannot return the mattress nor get a refund. We find this extremely concerning and will never purchase another mattress from Beddenplein nor recommend anyone to purchase a mattress from them!

Company of tricksters!

Do not order from this company, you will make a very expensive mistake. They advertise their services falsely. As a consumer you have the right to return product, but they will only accept it if it is still in its original packaging which is against the law! When I asked my money back, they offered to exchange the mattress for an extra fee of €50,-. Not only do they disregard my rights as a customer to get my money back, but they falsely give you a '30 days sleep guarantee' that is a total trick since they,
a) never intend to give you back your money which you legaly have the right to ask
b) want to get extra money form you to exchange their crappy product.
I am disguisted by the level of deceit at this comany.
You will be better served at Ikea on any day. Do not waste your hard-earned money on Beddenplein!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. My boxspring delivery was delayed three times (weeks/months) with no willingness to provide an appropriate compensation. In the end it came so close to the delivery date of our baby girl that I had to cancel the order (we did not have a proper bad). Had to later buy whatever I could find in shops. It was a hustle to get the refund later, had to call customer service numerous times.

Best purchase that i've made so far...

I've searched for a good bed for a long time. because both the looks and comfort are really important for me. i finally decided to order from beddenplein and i can surely say that was the best decision i've made. i've purchased boxspring Kopenhagen in color crème and it's absolutely beautiful. the material is in real good quality and supper comfortable. overall best purchase that i've made so far.

Comfortable bed, excellent service!

I do not regreat buying Boxspring Kopenhagen. I picked interest in this bed while scrolling on the website. The bed matches very well with the advert and the process (online shopping) was swift.

Despite the above postives, fitting the headboard to the boxes was not as easy as explained on the manual. Locks on both boxes did not match very well with those on the headboard. We finally succeeded.
