Chantel did a great job in designing the Become One Again course. My fiancee and I were surprised by how manageable and spot-on the scenarios and role assessments were for each module. It kept us engaged and provided us with many aha moments throughout. The course really helped us improve our communication skills and we're a lot better because of it. The tools and insights gained from this course are truly invaluable!

Become One Again has been a tremendous help in my relationship. My fiancé and I have experienced so much growth in our communication skills since starting the program, and we are a lot closer because of it! Before working with Chantel, there was always a level of tension between us due to a misunderstanding that caused hurt feelings or distance. Become One Again helped us drill down on where the breakdown in communication was happening and why, which was key! We finally have a better understanding of each other and ourselves. Now when there’s an issue we can successfully address it without it snowballing into something else. I highly recommend Become One Again to couples who want to communicate better and be closer. You’ll be surprised by what this program can do!

I was very impressed with how thorough and complete this course was. It’s easy to follow. It’s relatable. It’s effective. Chantel has put a tremendous of amount of time and effort into this course. She’s really charted a course for couples that are having problems that gets to the core of what I think most couples are dealing with. The course gave my partner and I actionable steps to take and it was easy to measure the progress we were making. It helped us a lot.

Chantel was excellent. The exercises and tools provided helped my husband and I acknowledge that we both can be right in a situation and that communication is key. Understanding each others needs and wants; instead of looking at it from a selfish point of view is key. Remembering not to down play or ignore how one may feel, because you don't think they should feel a certain way was an eye opener. All of the sessions that we had were well worth it. Seen three counselors prior to Chantel, she is the best and highly recommended. Can't thank you enough.

My overall experience with Chantel and the "Become One Again" program has helped me grow in my understanding of conflict resolution in my marriage. The 15 or so in-person visits, video conferences and teleconferences, coupled with BOA has positioned my wife and I in a better place in our marriage. We have been to at least three other counselors over the past 4 years, but none were able to get us to this new level of understanding of one another. Two things I learned for sure: 1) I'm a connector and my wife is a fixer "knowing which one you are is very important". 2) When we are vulnerable with each other, we are able to get a deeper understanding of one another. I am truly glad we found Chantel!!!

The Become One Again course modules have been a true game changer for my marriage. A few months ago, it seemed as though I was going to eventually become a divorcee and counseling was our last attempt to save our marriage. With the help of Chantel and this program, my husband and I have finally learned how to effectively communicate and argue fairly. Learning our individual roles such as a fixer or a connector, as well as the triggers for each spouse, has allowed us to be able to meet each other’s needs, heal past wounds, and develop a healthier communication pattern. The modules have helped us to easily see our own individual faults and how this affects our partner. Our marriage is currently in the best state that is has ever been. I highly recommend Chantel and the Become One Again course for all couples seeking to gain a deeper connection with their spouse.

I came across the Becoming One program in my search to find a way to improve my relationship. My partner and I were struggling with the way we communicate with each other on a daily basis and it was weighing heavily on our relationship. I decided to take a chance on this program and I am forever thankful for the experience. This program breaks down the very basics of how to communicate with your partner. You even have the option of going through this program individually or together. I completed this course with my partner and it took us step by step to find a better communication tools that work for the both of us. This program taught me how to be more understanding of my partner’s emotions and needs. It also taught me how to better express myself so my partner would understand my emotions and needs. All around this program has significantly improved the communication in my relationship. When my partner and I disagree or argue we are able to get through it and come to a mutual understanding together by communicating successfully instead of just shutting down and being angry. This program really boosted the morale in my relationship and my partner and I are in a much better place!

The Become One Again program is a great way to reconnect to your partner, more deeply understand your own inner dialogue and improve communication in the relationship. Each module builds on the one before it in a way that is easy to understand and talks about using relationship tools that I’m excited to apply. The presentation during the modules is engaging and walks you through your own thoughts and beliefs in a way that’s not overwhelming. The role playing during the modules made it easy to apply the tools in my own relationship. Every couple should take this program no matter where they are on their journey. I definitely have noticed the growth in my own relationship by taking the program seriously.
