Total scam, the dress I ordered for my daughter never arrived

Wish I could give zero star. I ordered on August 12th. I spent $147 total. They never ship it out my product. Today is September 14th. Scam webpage. Just stealing people money.

I would not buy from this company anymore. First , it took a month to actually deliver the merchandise, then I never received the order even though according to their records it was delivered.
I emailed customer service and all they said was that it was delivered. Replied back with again I never received the order and received no response. Really just a bad experience.

I freaking LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store. I Love how different, then the normal on how this site has my kids looking. They love it too.. Delivery is just really really late. But satisfied once arrive!

Both me and my friend received dresses totally different than what we ordered. The packages arrived very late.

I never buy more in this store. The first time I bought the order it took more than a month when I received the dresses I wanted to return one because it took longer than expected and they told me that it would cost more to return the dress than to keep. I said well ok I understand I gave them another chance, more than a month since April 29, I placed my order, I received a piece a few days ago, I check for the others that are missing and the supposed tracking that they send me, it is worth noting that it did not specify which company it was from, it said that the label was created but they had not received the package yet. I told them and they sent me as if it had already been delivered... whee! They asked me for the order number again and I'm still waiting. This store is a scam

I ordered a dress for little girls worth €32, but I received another very ugly model and at less than half the value of the first order. I mention that I received the package 2 months after the purchase. They don't want to refund the amount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ich erwähne, dass ich das Paket 2 Monate nach dem Kauf erhalten habe. Sie wollen den Betrag nicht zurückerstatten. ICH EMPFEHLEN ES NICHT

The order received is completely different from what was shown on the website. The drawings come in formulaic form and are not stitched as shown on the website. Your money will not be refunded. I have been scammed for more than $50, so I ask you to be careful and then beware of fake websites.

You do not get the dress advertised in these pictures if you get them at all. I ordered this dress plus one other for Easter. One of the dresses never showed up the other came a month late and was a cheap knock off of the dress pictured. The dress in the picture has 3d flowers sewn onto the bodice and skirt and the dress I received only had like 4 flowers sewn onto the bodice and none on the skirt. There was absolutely no fullness to the skirt and the color was off. The sizing was way off as well. It is not a dress I would have my daughter wear in public. After like 4 emails they finally agreed to a refund for the dress I never received. But so far they will not refund me for the dress they falsely advertised even though I offered to send it back. The offered me a $3 discount for the "quality issue" of the dress. I paid $28. This dress is now on sale for $15 dollars but I would not even pay the $3 they gave me back for this dress. I want a full refund. I will never buy from Bebehanna again. SCAM COMPANY!

WARNING! Bought the flower dress for a 5yo. Received the dress weeks later. It was YELLOW instead of white. Contacted customer service. Days later they said if I want refund, mail back to CHINA! That costs more the dress!

The product quality is miserable, I am afraid to let my children wear this poorly produced clothes. Moreover the missing refund option and that the product are shipped directly from China taking over a month make the seller even less attractive and environmentally very unfriendly, do not buy here!

The product were way cheap quality and takes more than a month to arrive. They told they can not process refund and they can only give 3$ credit for the dissatisfaction.

I ordered a 2 dress for my children and never received they started say yes was delivered and send my a picture but never any package was delivered. I think I was scammed.

I placed a large order in February. After a week I was told it had been shipped. After 3 weeks I had received nothing so I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They then dispatched about 1/3 of the order. This arrived a week later and was ok. The prices are cheap so it was what I was expecting. I then chased the rest of the order which had not arrived and tried to cancel that. Again they said it had just been dispatched. However, when the parcel arrived it only contained 1 item plus 2 free gifts. When I pointed this out I was told that the items were out of stock (!!!) and I could choose something else. I asked for a refund which they agreed to but never gave. Around 8 weeks after my original order (when they took payment in full) I got a refund for the undelivered items through my credit card provider - however this took lots of emails to sort out due to Bebehanna's time-wasting and delaying tactics. And they are now bombarding me with messages to buy more stuff even though I have unsubscribed.

Absolute scam. Did receive order but not what i ordered. Items shown on the website has nothing to do with what i received. zero quality. They are showing you a nice looking pictures but that is not what they actually look like. Be aware and dont purchase anything from this company.

dress arrived after 2 months absolutely not as advertised and the strap broke as soon as i put it on her.

SCAM! PLEASE CLOSE DOWN BEBEHANNA! STEALING PEOPLES MONEY WITH HIGHLY PRICED, POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND FALSE ADVERTISING. SCAM!!!

Another victim of a scam. They never delivered $103 with of kids clothing after two months. Just back and forth with customer service. No refund and yet no product. Reported to PayPal who is also being completely useless.

The dresses arrived beautifully pressed and ready to wear. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority for this store, right down to the packaging.

HORRIBLE . My items were never shipped. They gladly took my money but never shipped my items. They then told me it was sitting in the warehouse. A further week went by and their story changed. They said it had been lost by the shipper. Further they said the items I had ordered were no longer available when I asked them to re-send the items. I asked for my money back. They suggested an in store credit instead. I refused that. I escalated my case with paypal. Then the store once again changed its story saying that they were going to re-ship the items. I asked paypal for the refund and I am letting them handle this. NEVER purchase from this store. I would give them 0 stars if possible.
