Never received what I ordered, ordered 2 comforters made of cotton lyocell and Lycra instead got 1 fleece polyester poor quality what looks like a neck warmer no way this can fit around my body let alone fit a baby. Also customer support is the worst, don’t want to help or resolve the issue, they are trying to make me pay to send this back and not cover return costs while it’s clearly their mistake and been talking back and forth for a month now with them still waiting for resolution.

SCAM! I WOULD LESVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Purchased on a late night feed and I didn't do my usual due diligence, as all other reviews advise what arrived is not usable, it does not stretch and there is no way a newborn is getting in the sling, I can't even get it over my head.

Poorly made, not fit for purpose, total scam! Looking at thr website now it seems so dodgy. The support email is bebeamour2023@ gmail.com lol

Awful company. Scam! Ordered the sling it arrived. It’s so tiny I can’t get it over my head, Let alone fit my baby in it. It doesn’t look like it does on their website, it doesn’t stretch. When you try to return it, they try to charge you £20 shipping to send it back to China, Which is not stated on their website. I’ve had to get my bank involved for a refund.
Avoid!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE HELL I GOT IN THE MAIL WHEN IT CAME 3 WEEKS LATER!! Literally like a thick sweater material and doesn’t stretch at all can’t even fit it over my head! I’m beyond pissed about what I got! I will be writing reviews all over. Probably going to try and reach out to the better business bureau and report them! I want my money back!!! I can’t believe they can get away with this

The worst sling!! This is a tiny piece of fabric would barely fit me and im a size uk8, i dont know how they expect a newborn to fit in it aswell let alone a bigger child!! Same as other reviews i wish i checked these reviews before buying! I asked for a refund and they said $20 to return or a 20% discount, a joke!! It also took over a month to arrive! Do not waste your money!!!!

Horrible experience. It took 4 weeks to get here, should have read the reviews before ordering. Finally arrived and I can hardly get it over my head it’s so tight and doesn’t stretch at all. And they won’t give me a refund unless I pay $20 to ship it back. DO NOT ORDER this company is horrible

Scam! Product never came and tracking info from china that was provided was bogus.

Scam company. Product not fit for purpose. Company charging more than the value of the product for return shipping.

It’s a complete scam. They collected my money but I received no order confirmation and replies from their customer service.

I'm so annoyed with myself for not looking at reviews before ordering. The website looked legit and reviews seemed positive but when the product arrived, it clearly has been shipped straight from China where it is made. No packaging or branding that says Bebe Amour. Tried the wrap on and it's so small, too small for my 5 week old to sit in there comfortably or safely. Seeing as it is advertised to carry up to 140lbs, this is absolutely impossible and complete false advertising. I've emailed customer services who offer a partial refund only or full refund but I have to cover the shipping fees, which as its international (I was not aware of this when purchasing). So in reality, I'm out of pocket regardless. This is a scam company, unregulated and not worth it. I feel so stupid for going along with online advertising.

Love this! I brought it to Disney world for my 40lb 3 1/2 year old. My husband and I would switch off and he was so surprised at how strong it was! Can’t wait to use it with our newborn too after her arrival!

Don’t believe the instagram marketing!

I bought the wrap. It is really, terrible quality material. It won’t fit over my head and arms let alone safely carry a baby. So it is not fit for purpose.

It Took four weeks to arrive. When it did, it was in rough packaging with no indication it was from Bebe Amour, almost like you’d expect from a vinted parcel not a reputable company.

The wrap is unbranded too which indicates the lack of quality - I’d bet it was very cheap product/labour from overseas.

The customer service email is an @ gmail address not a branded company email address which also indicates that this is nothing short of a scam. Save your money!

I brought the baby wrap doesn’t fit around me or baby it’s incredibly tight and nothing like the loose fitting one advertised I brought the bigger size aswell but still no avail waste of time and money, they don’t offer a full refund they just offer 20% Don’t do it just don’t buy it I’m now stuck with a crappy wrap that has no use it also didn’t come in nice packaging just a standard transparent packet and a grey typical packaging no nice branded packet nothing very disgraceful considering the price..

Avoid! Absolutely no way to fit around both u and a child never mind a small baby. Could not fit my 7 week old in the sling, far too tight. Refund policy is a joke- costs $20 to return. Waste of money!!

Cheap material, ineffective sling. Took weeks to arrive and when it did was far too small for me (generally size 10 - 12) to wear on my own let alone use as a functional carrier for my baby. Felt like I'd been scammed when it arrived and found that I couldn't return it from the UK. The £6 partial refund in no way made up for the waste of my money and time.

The product was delivered but impossible to wear, nothing like they advertise. They only offer a 20% refund and if you want to return you have to pay more than the product to ship it back. Too expensive .

Avoid! Never received the item and was messed around by the company. Multiple emails back and forth and they would not accept a complaint from me. Eventually told that they have my parcel but will only give me 50% refund for a product I never received. I have disputed it with my bank for full refund.

Would have put 0 stars if it was possible!!! I don't recommend at all. I bought it on their website following the size chart and what I received was a piece of fabric made to be worn by a child. It's so small and tight, impossible to fit both shoulders through the hole. Absolutely not expandable either. I tried to leave a review on Facebook and they blocked me. Worst customer service I have seen!

The sling arrived. Basically, a piece of material that would cost about £2. Completely wrong size way too small. If I want to return it, I have to pay £20 postage. This is not on the website. They offered me 20% off if I kept it. It’s too small to possibly use so complete waste of money and expensive for a cheap piece of material.

I would give zero stars if I could, I ordered from them December 2, 2024 it said a shipping label was created yet no movement since they say they can't refund me because it has been processed yet tracking shows only the label was created do not trust them
