i accidentally wrote an incomplete adress when i ordered. thats why the package could not be delivered. i constacted customer service and krystelle was super friendly and really helped me out. i got a refund for one item that wasn’t available anymore and a resend for the rest of the things. thank you for the effort!

At first i was sent the wrong size in pants and i was able to contact customer service and they’re replacing the pants for me with no issue amazing brand! Customer service is a 10/10

Had an issue with 3 of my shorts with some threads stretching. Customer service responded right away and made it right. 10/10 service. And love their shorts

Ordered a pair of adapt shorts which arrived quickly. They fit well when I tried them on, but when I got round to putting them on to wear in the gym I noticed a small hole in the seam (on the bum!) so unable to wear them.

However, the customer support team (Nikola and Sean) were super helpful, and offered a refund or replacement. They have sent out a replacement very quickly which I am waiting for. Appreciate their quick swift help!

Leggings ripped along the thigh first time I wore them

I had received a pair of leggings that I ordered from this brand. It came out of the packaging with a hole in de back of the leggings. Of course I was disappointed.
I emailed ABYL about their faulty item. Immediately after I sent the email I got a response from someone from their team. They were offering a refund or a new legging free of charge. They were sorry about the inconvenience. I happily responded that I would like a new legging since I was excited for this brand.
Maybe 15 minutes later I got another response that it would be arranged. I immediately got another email with my track and trace. I was so happy that the problem was fixed within an hour, free of charge. This customer service was the best I’ve ever had!! I want to thank Alexis form the ABYL team, thank you!!

I ordered a pair of adapt seamless shorts, but unfortunately the scrunch broke after wearing them twice. I emailed AYBL about this and they simply sent me a new item! Very pleasant and quick communication, a new pair of shorts within 3 days.

Received the leggings and I love the feel, and fit! I got a small rip pulling them up on the second time I wore them. Took a photo sent an email to customer service and Alexis responded within five minutes, giving me two options. I decided to get a new pair for free. She confirmed my shipping address and within 15 minutes I had a new order number and a new pair of leggings headed to my house free of charge. She was phenomenal, timely and kind! One of the leggings I ordered ripped at the seam. Since it was within the return timeframe, Arya and her team arranged a replacement free of charge. They also allowed me to order a different colour when I mentioned the colour I originally ordered looked lighter in person compared to the photos online

I bought a pair of leggings and the scrunch had come away from the stitching after wearing 1/2 times and only having had a couple of weeks. (Remaining items been fine)
I emailed Aybl and had a response in the same few hours with a replacement sent and shipped in the same day.
