The fit of the clothes is just perfect. The material is amazing and so comfortable. It was my first time trying their clothes and I really like it, I will definitely shop from here regularly.

I had a great experience with returning some leggings that just didn’t suit me exactly how I wanted them to size wise , so I contacted the AYBL customer support team and Arya was the first lovely person to help me with all my questions and telling me exactly how to return my leggings .

After sending the return and waiting abit I was anxious that my return hadn’t arrived to AYBL so I reached out again and Elysia was the new agent to help me , she was very kind and assured me my refund was being processed which is wonderful as I wanted to buy a different pair of leggings in the right size for me and now I can.
I love AYBLs leggings they are fab and feel great , it’s definitely a plus that they have some really lovely people working in their customer support teams .
I’ll be buying again for sure .x

Momena was brilliant, had an issue with an Origin T shirt I had ordered. They responded rapidly and sent me out a replacement free of charge. Really happy with the service

Received a legging, but after a month there was a ladder. I’ve send a message and within a day I received a message back and they gave me two options. Get a refund or a replacement. Thank you customer support Arya for your help

Sizing feels off. I sized up from my regular medium to large and the fit was uncomfortably tight. The shorts roll up on thighs and the tag in the inner thigh, even when cut off is super uncomfortable.
Beautiful colour and nice material but they are not fit for training.

I contacted AYBL on a Sunday evening to report a faulty zip on my top. As it was a bank holiday I thought I wouldn’t hear back until at least Tuesday. Surprisingly I was contacted by Arya first thing on Bank Holiday Monday who sorted a replacement for me in speedy time - I was very impressed! Excellent customer service!

I have ordered quite a bit of kit from AYBL. I love the T-shirts and the leggings are comfy. However I had a pair of leggings for 4/5 months and they ripped on the scrunch bum seam. When I said I’d like a replacement as they’ve lasted 5 minutes, I was told it was out of the 60 day warranty so unable to do anything. When I told them by consumer rights laws that ripping within 6 months was not reasonable or durable they immediately sent out a replacement pair. For the price, I would expect longevity, especially when only running. I’m unsure if I would purchase more leggings from the brand, but other items have been brilliant

Order arrived on time. Their customer support was very attentive and I didn’t have to wait long for a reply/resolution to my issue. Elysia and Beattris in particular were very helpful.
I do, however, wish they had an exchange policy.

The leggings ripped at the seam down the butt, after wearing only 4 times. I was informed that they are for general wear and not for active wear. Defyne, Paragon, and many others, are way better than this brand.

They were very helpful with the return of some items that didn't fit me, as my package hadn't arrived yet but was in transit, and they processed the refund correctly. Thank you!

Delivery took quite a while but since it was international it didnt bother me that much. One of the leggings i ordered ripped after just putting them on. However the support and the help from Arya was great & super quick. I havent gotten my replacement leggings yet but im optimistic since the other things i bought turned out to look & work super well.
