I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I encountered an issue with my order, but the team handled it brilliantly. In particular, Elisia and Momena Raja were incredibly responsive and efficient. They quickly processed a refund for my order, which I really appreciated. Their professionalism and prompt support made a big difference. thank you again!

I had a shipping issue with my order. Apparently it got sent back to sender, which bummed me out. I contacted customer service and even though it took a while to get my issue resolved due to time differences it was worth the wait. Krystelle, Sean, Arya and Beattris helped me with my order. Arya and Beattris went above and beyond to make sure I get my package sent right away. Making accommodations to my order since some items were not in stock. They made sure I got what I wanted. This is why I will still continue to buy their clothing. I am literally obsessed with their clothing. Best work out clothes out there.

I had an unexpected issue with a product and i reached out to the support team and they sent me a replacement in less than a week! Arya was extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy!

My order was a little bit late, but they informed me that it would be delayed, so I have no complaints. There was also a problem, but it was sold. Great service I will definitely buy again.

Received a pair of leggings that had a slight tear on the butt scrunch. Contacted AYBL support and had the issue resolved ASAP. Arya was kind enough to go ahead and ship a new pair. Highly recommend!

Only just received the leggings today along with the sports bra I just tried them on and they ripped when squatting in them . just to check that it wasn’t just because of the stretch I pulled on the label in the bra and it came off almost effortlessly I wouldn’t recommend this site for anything as the stitching is terrible due to poor quality thread

Courier service had lost my parcel but Claire and Yulia were both a great help in providing solutions. Have now been issued with a reorder and is on its way within a matter of just a couple of days since my first enquiry.

I had a faulty item and Lucy fixed it right away. The response was very quick and a replacement is in the works of being sent. I’m super satisfied with the customer service!

I received a faulty item, so I contacted the support staff. They answered so fast, and told me they were sorry and would replace the item if I wished to. I did, so they made sure I will receive a new item. I really felt heard and their answers were very quick.

The customer service is excellent — very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. I really appreciate how easy it is to stay in contact with the team, and they genuinely try to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

The quality of the clothing is also amazing — the fabrics are very soft and comfortable to wear. In my case, when I had an issue with one item, the replacement process was incredibly fast and smooth, with no problems at all.

Shipping was quick, communication was clear, and overall the whole experience felt very professional and stress-free.

I can confidently say I’ve only had positive experiences with them and would definitely recommend AYBL to others.

My package was stolen and they handled it very well, providing me with timely responses and resending the package. They even let me pick alternative items because some of the ones I originally ordered were out of stock. Shoutout to Krystelle, Elysia, Paul and Yuliia for their assistance.

I needed to place a return, and the support staff was excellent! Alexis guided me through the process and set my return in motion effortlessly!

I ordered a pair of leggings in the sale, when I tried them on, they had a ladder in them already, I reached out within the 30 day returns window and it was Arya that helped me, she was lovely and accommodating, she offered me a refund or to swap the item and the whole process was seamless and so helpful

Never received my package but the support team (Elysia and Nikola) was quick to help and offer a full refund

I ordered a really nice pair of sports leggings. Unfortunately, they broke after wearing them just once. Aybl resolved this very nicely; I received excellent help. It was fixed immediately, and I received a new pair of leggings sent to me for free. Super satisfied!
