The post didn't deliver to me the postal code, so I had to track down the post by myself, and go to the post office with my ID certificate for the post.

This was my first purchase and i am very pleased so far with the service. Received the product within 2 days in The Netherlands very neatly packed and with a few samples. Prices are lower than anywhere else and the variety is endless. Definitely will come back for second purchase!

the shampoo smells great, my hair doesn't get greasy and it kept its volume and shine, at least that's what happens to me and my daughters, it washes off easier than common shampoos, the neck and chin cream doesn't work for me, it will I will try it in the next few days and hope to see the results you promise. The acid has a nice aroma, but I haven't tried them or the dyes either.

I was charged 19 eur customs on the 50 eur order which was not clearly indicated when i was finalizing the purchase. 19 eur shipping fee is also very expensive.

I never received my purchase. They sent the package without my address written on the box, apparently. It was sent back. I was not yet reimbursed and they also don't answer my emails.

I ordered items that are in stock and they won't ship these for several weeks because they are out of stock. At the same time, they are starting a new discount campaign(?!). Customer service is non-existent - they don't respond to emails or cancellation requests. I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, but I have not received a response to any letter or request. The money has not been refunded and one product was still sent to me, the other has not been sent yet and the money has not been refunded either. I don't recommend anyone to order from this place, they have absolutely no respect for their customers

I like the choice in the webshop, i find all my favourites at a great price! During my previous order i learned that this is a family business so whenever i need something they have i will get it from them.

I ordered 2 products to be delivered in Switzerland. One of them arrived after more than a month after I contacted them several times and the other one I have never received. I have tried to reach them several times to receive a refund for the product that was not delivered but unfortunately I have received nothing but radio silence.
