Not reliable company
After five days, the order was not even sent, which is very disappointing; I will never order from this shop again. I need my order before my trip, and I have no idea when it will be delivered. I paid with PayPal so that I will claim a refund.

Scam? No Shipping? Unacceptable!
I ordered from this site 10 days ago. My order still has not shipped, nor have I heard anything back (not a word of response) from their customer service when I contacted them.
The site has no telephone number available for customer service. Beware! Their service and promises are not to be trusted!!
BY THE WAY, many of these company's positive reviews on Trustpilot look like their PR's job... Just look at how generic and fake some reviews are.

Everything is great!
Ordering is really easy, prices are unbeatable, fast delivery. I love their assortment of niche fragrances. Ordered 4 times now and every time went really smooth.
One small feedback point, it would be great to receive more samples when ordering to try out other scents.

I placed the order in 13.02, normally shipment is 1-4 working days. Last week I received a notification as order was delayed without an info regarding the delivery date. This makes No Sense!
It has been 2 weeks now since the order date, I asked for an info today. If I don’t receive the product in the next 2 days, I’ll communicate with PayPal for the order cancellation.

The website was reliable
I would like to note that the site turned out to be reliable. The seller sent constantly notifications about the status of each phase. This was my first purchase and i am very pleased so far with the service. Prices are lower than anywhere else and the variety is endless. Received the product in good condition, very well packaged, with a lot of samples as promised and within the expected delivery time.
