Excellent customer service. Alex provides personalized service. Responds very quickly. Order was shipped promptly, and love the products ! 10/10.

Excellent communication (no less than 4 emails) providing up-to-date product processing and shipping information... not from a 'bot' but from the owner... refreshing to say the least. Pricing was competitive and beat out those online if you 'bulk purchase', which I did. They even offered 'how to protect your package from theft' information...too kind.
I highly recommend the 'personalized service' of this Family-owned Canadian business. You won't be disappointed!

Bought after Christmas cutoff date but they still came through! They quickly processed my order and received the items the day before Christmas - thanks wellness.ca!!

I had an issue with my order being cancelled once it was purchased due to the delivery address not matching the billing address. This caused the order to be cancelled, it was a gift. I contacted Alex and he was a huge help. The customer service was amazing. Not only were the emails replied to in a timely manner, Alex also took to the time to call me and help me re order. When he found out they were out of the color for one of the shavers I ordered he called me back right away and replaced it. He expedited the shipment for next day delivery. Unfortunately, Canada post lost the package which was not Alex's fault, but he opened a service case with Canada post on his end as well to speed the process up. Overall, I got a lot of assistance and it was super super helpful. I would definitely recommended this company for any purchases. I really appreciated all the help that was offered! :)

I have ordered many times through BeautyWellness.ca Inc. and my orders have always been good. Last night when I received my order, I noticed that one of the products had leaked, thus 1/2 the bottle was gone. When I reached out to Alex, he was very prompt with his response!! His customer service was amazing. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The price is reasonable for the products I use, especially when they are on sale.

I had ordered clippers for my son for his birthday. They were almost $300 everywhere else I had looked but beauty wellness had them for $203 so I purchased for my son’s 18th birthday. However, I had ordered a little too late for them to arrive on time so I emailed beauty wellness asking if there was a way to get them sooner, a customer care rep, Alex, emailed me quickly back stating that they could for an express cost of $24 that would guarantee there arrival in time. Still ahead of the game money wise I agreed, and they were here within two days instead of a week! Too the communication was quick and thorough!
