I purchased a SumUp terminal online, but after a few days I hadn’t received any updates, so I contacted customer service and left a message ... I received a call back within five minutes ... They explained that the terminal was temporarily out of stock due to high demand and that they were expecting a delivery on Friday ... They gave me the choice of a full refund or waiting for the new stock, and as a goodwill gesture they offered to include extra till rolls

On Thursday, I received another call to let me know the terminal had arrived in stock earlier than expected and that it would be sent by next-day delivery at no extra cost

True to their word, the terminal arrived on Friday with the extra till rolls, just in time for my weekend exhibition ... the customer service is outstanding ... I really appreciated the personal phone call to keep me updated rather than just relying on emails or text messages

Genuine product at a very cheap price. I choose to spend a bit more on hair serums with the Olaplex range as they really look after my hair. The No5 Bond maintenance was already the cheapest I could find anywhere. Fast delivery time and the website was really easy to use.
