Very disappointing experience!

I placed an order on the 31th may. It has been 3 weeks now, and I didn't received my products. This order was to be delivered by postnl. On their website, it is indicated that my order was delivered on the 5th of june. But I didn't receive anything! I have been in contact with beautyfabs customer service for two weeks now... Which still didn't give me no solution to solve the problem!
I find the situation totally unacceptable!

Unacceptable service

Unacceptable service. I did my order 2 days ago, when I saw the morning that I did not receive my parcel I send an e mail. the feedback was that the product is out of stock. So, why you have it avalable in your web site ? Why you did not contact me to explain the situation?
Today I have sent a second mail but no answer from their part. I m disappointed with their service.
