Fraudulent Order Cancellation
I purchased a perfume from their eBay store. The order was cancelled with a note stating "Buyer asked to cancel". That's not true! I was at my office building dealing with customers when the order was cancelled. I also have no access to eBay while I'm at my office building, so it was literally impossible for me to request to have my order cancelled.

I don't get a shipping confirmation
I don't get a shipping confirmation, but when I click on 'check order status' and check the tracking, I see that it was shipped. I never get a shipment confirmation email, and then the package just shows up.

The perfumes arrived broken
The perfumes arrived broken, I don't know if it is the fault of the perfumery that did not include adequate protection for the perfumes, or of the delivery company FedEx, I am giving one star because I would have liked my claim to proceed immediately, since I had all tests.
*update*: They refunded my money and I still have the damaged perfumes, I bought them for sale in my home country, but now I will use them for my own use. In some way or another this makes up for the bad experience and the time I had to wait for the refund, thanks anyway
