Very bad packaging! Inside the package the bottle of cream was not packed properly!!! I received broken, and I cut my fingers when I open the package! This is unacceptable.

We know that from time to time damage in transit may occur hence why we do our best to pack all international orders in cardboard boxes with loose peanuts inside to protect its content. My second time ordering from beautybypost. My experience has been great, so much so I will definitely be returning. I order the lemongrass and sugar scrub and the cocoa and sugar scrub.in my opinion the cocoa and sugar scrub could smell a lot nicer other than that it's good. The product quality and smell ( lemongrass sugar body scrub) is as describe which is very nice, Customer service was excellent, delivery was quick and packaging was very well done. All in all I am a happy customer.
