Beauty and the Button ✨
If you do not want to be disappointed with poorly made product without any warning that you simply cannot open the tab to place battery to make it work do not waste your money here. The site only features good reviews but from my first interaction there were flags I ignored. Poorly designed and non labelled product (telling you not to touch the tab to open the battery area as its stuck and does not work) that broke was blamed on me not knowing you needed tools to pen the flap (on close inspection the screw was clearly tampered with and rusty) and the whole explanation was laughable, well the owner is laughing with my money and me for the fool with cheap and broken product. Spend your money elsewhere. Shocking experience in what was meant to be gift for my sick mother.

The product was checked prior to dispatch and did not leave us damaged. The battery compartment is secured with a screw as a safety feature and requires a screwdriver to access, which is standard practice for most battery-operated items these days.
We responded promptly to your concerns and offered a return and refund in line with our returns policy. As the item has not been returned within the stated timeframe, this option has now lapsed.
We always aim to handle concerns fairly, consistently and transparently.
