I’ve had two failed delivery attempts with them. In my most recent order, the tracking said the parcel was delivered and left in a “safe place,” but I never received it.
I had paid for the Insured Shipping Method, yet nearly 3 weeks after submitting their requested paperwork, I still haven't received a refund or a proper resolution.
I regularly receive parcels from other companies with no issues. Beauty Amora has been the only one to cause so much trouble.
Disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

On 22 April 2025 I purchased hair and skin care products from online merchant Beauty Amora to the value of $81.25.

On 10 May I had not received the goods yet, and I checked with Aramex Couriers, which was noted on the tracking emails as who would be responsible for delivery. They advised that they had delivered the products but admitted that they had delivered the items to an old address of mine, not the address I had entered when ordering. Aramex contacted the occupants of the old address who said that they had not taken receipt of the goods. Chris from Aramex said he would contact Beauty Amora and it should be a straightforward refund.

I emailed Beauty Amora the same day explaining what had happened and requesting either a refund or reorder. At their request I completed a denial of receipt form and sent this to them on 12 May. Since then I have contacted them on 3 June and 10 June advising that I had been patient in waiting for a response but they were taking way longer than the seven days initially promised. I received no response to my last email and it's now 29 June. I have the bank chasing them now

I ordered some things on the 1st June and received it today, only three days later, i’m impressed by how fast they shipped it out! Everything seems genuine and the expiry dates are good

I have ordered on May 6 and still haven't received my order. Not going to order from them again.

Ordered 21/4 & today is 12/5 & still have received no order. When I contacted them for an ETA, was advised due to 2 days holiday over Easter break, my order had not been processed. In this time & day, to wait almost 4 weeks is just ridiculous.

Ordered $300 of skincare, courier lost it (admitted it). Seller won’t respond for 4 weeks. No refund, no help. Shame, because I was a returning customer. Be careful buying from them, I also note there’s been a fair few reviews with some products being fake

This company promises to contact you in three business days but that does not happen! Without the help of PayPal (which has ony just been resolved) I would still be waiting for a refund of a faulty product that was sent back to them at my expense. I tried to contact this company so many times to just send me a new product but did not hear a word from them. Would not recommend buying anything from them!

I have ordered I think four times from this company, first three times were nice smooth transactions the last transaction, late October 2024 was nothing but a stuff around, the label was created but the package was never recieved by austpost and beauty amora just kept telling me they would look into it, I gave them 4 weeks then I put a claim through PayPal and ended up getting my money back, will never buy from them again, Lila Beauty is my go to now for k beauty

I ordered nearly $100 worth of products from them on 5th Feb 2025. The items still hadn't arrived by 15th Feb so I contacted them and advised this. They said it would have to go through the couriers. The couriers sent photos showing that instead of driving up our drive, where there were numerous places to leave the parcel, they had left it next to the letterbox. As it was no longer there (and no-one else in the house had collected it) I assume it was taken. Since then I have had the run-around, and no replacement items or refund.
I will not use this company again.

I read the reviews before I tried buying anything. Even though the reviews are mixed, I decided to try it as they have PayPal as an option so you can claim your money back if anything dodgy happens.
The service was great! Nothing terrible happened at all.
I ordered a TirTir foundation and it arrived within 3 days. It shipped from Sydney to Brisbane. I received a shipping notice and updates the whole time.
The prices are extremely reasonable and shipping was cheap. I will definitely be using this website again.

I purchased several items from Beauty Amora without having read any reviews about the company and happily report all items arrived in under 48hrs. I actually emailed their customer service to ask if I could add to the order but they replied (within hours) to say no as it had been dispatched already. I wasn’t receiving any shipping updates. Anyway when I got home (Sydney metro) that afternoon the parcel was on my doorstep! I’m no expert in spotting fakes but everything looks legit. If I had read all these reviews first I probably wouldn’t have placed the order, however I am glad I didn’t because my experience was seamless. Will order from BA again for sure. It’s Jan 2025 - perhaps they’ve fixed all the issues they were having over the past few years?

I don’t usually leave reviews, but when I do, they’re always based on my honest experience. I was initially skeptical about Beauty Amora, but I can confidently say they exceeded my expectations. The products are excellent, and with their new warehouse in Sydney, the delivery was impressively fast. I placed my order on January 8, 2025, and received it by January 17, 2025.

Customer service was responsive, replying within their stated three-day window, and everything went smoothly. The products were securely packed and, from what I can tell, are genuine. Although I had some concerns earlier and left a review expressing my doubts, after trying the products, I’m convinced Beauty Amora delivers quality.

Delivery timelines can sometimes be unpredictable to some states, something that is outside of their control, but their team is helpful and quick to respond to emails. As a customer in Brisbane, I had no issues at all. I also appreciate that they now include English instructions on their packaging, which makes understanding the products much easier.

I'm a bit sceptical about the reviews that I've read on Trust pilot about this company and question the motives. I have ordered a multitude of products off of them over the last two years and never had any issues so I don't know what's going on with the negative reviews...

My experience is not as good as I expected, I have ordered things with more than 40 dollars a month ago and till that moment didn't receive anything. I would not recommend them any one.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I ordered off them almost 7 weeks ago and have not received my parcel. They are also refusing to refund me and saying it is something to do with the courier. DO NOT PURCAHSE FROM THEM. SCAM.

Beauty Amora is a scam - DO NOT BUY. I've been waiting on delivery of a very small item that, according to their latest excuse, could't be delivered by the courier. I purchased on 23 October - its 3 December and they could literally have posted it. They respond to emails promptly but offer ZERO helpful information. AThey have a .com.au domain and advertise "1-4 days delivery from Sydney warehouse" but are clearly not based in Australia. I'm super disappointed and I love K-Beauty but also relieved that I tested them with one small item. Two weeks ago they agreed to send me a refund "once the delivery was returned to them" - whatever that means given they clearly haven't sent it. It is no surprise that I have not received the refund. If you're still unsure after reading the reviews here, read the ones on Product Review or even their own website. They advertise 5 stars but that's also a lie. SCAM.

I was pleasantly surprised by Beauty Amora! Despite some negative reviews, I decided to give them a try and was impressed. The service was quick and professional, and the prices were better than other websites I’ve shopped on. My order arrived fast and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!
