It was left on the doorstep in the rain, with a whole in the packaging. There was no inner layer to protect it at all. Very disappointing

Purchased a gilet which was too small
Purchased a gilet which was too small and would have just referred to have had the larger size however they sent me a credit when I went back in the very same day to spend the credit. They put the prices up for whatever reason.
It’s a shame because I now have to go elsewhere to buy my gilet and unlikely to use the company again

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed. We provide a few different options when it comes to Exchanges and Refunds and you did in fact request to return the gilet for a store credit, which we actioned. Had you requested an exchange we would have actioned this for you.
As you ordered during our Black Friday Sale, the gilets were discounted at this time. If you were to have requested an exchange, we would have been able to sort a direct swap for you.
I hope this makes more sense to you and we do hope you return to shopping with us at some point in the future.
