Top class service
I recently took out income protection cover with Beat the Bank. From initial contact via the website right through to getting the policy up and running, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Seriously, they are a class outfit. I couldn't get over how seamless and hassle free the entire process was. Such excellent, helpful, personable staff (special mention to Andrea who couldnt have done more for me) & by far the best value for money too. I contacted other sites and Beat the Bank were miles ahead in value, in what is covered & in follow up / customer service. And the website is so user friendly, makes everything so transparent. Mortgage Protection Made Easy!
We have recently used BTB for our Mortgage Protection. The whole process was exceptionally straight forward and we received a great rate.
As first time buyers, the whole process in general can be quite daunting but BTB made this part easy. Special mention and thanks to Andrea who was always at the other end of an email to answer our many questions in record timing! Thank you.

We were made jump through hoops by our bank for their mortgage protection, we had had enough and decided to try Beat the Bank. Annoyed we didn’t try this first. The moment we filled out everything online it was so easy and much cheaper than our bank. They stand by their name. Andrea was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond. We would recommend her to everyone!
