Bought a hoodie for my son had a small issue but customer service were very helpful and solved the issue for me. Clothing is good quality and very good value especially when the sales are on, so would 100% buy again
First time using them. Ordered two boys tracksuits and sent one back as I realised size would be unsuitable. Item was unworn and unopened. It was free delivery but postage is not free and customers are expected to pay for this, including tracking. Despite emailing twice, I have had not even a polite acknowledgement of my return. I am still waiting for refund it’s been over a week.
I have to say that delivery was fairly quick and on initial opening of the t-shirts/tracksuits/hoodies I was really pleased , the quality seemed very good . However after only one wash of each item , they bobbled and faded leaving them only usable for street play . Very disappointed having spent £70 altogether for items that are no longer decent enough for every day wear .
If I could score zero, I would. Bought two boys fleeces on Debenhams website, not knowing there’s no refund and you have to make an exchange for other items which I don’t want. Tried to contact them now on four occasions no reply, definitely won’t be purchasing anything else from them as the quality is terrible and the sizes are all wrong. Very disappointing experience and will avoid from now on. Does not seem to be a professional company.
I initially purchased 3 items for a birthday, one of which I was sent the incorrect item, and they all would fit a 4 year old, not an 8 year old! The sizes are way off! Returned all the items at my own expense and reordered. As per the most recent review from another customer in January, I seem to have purchased the same hoodie and have had exactly the same issue. My son wore it once, not even washed and it is now completely bobbled and horrible. Clearly the issue with this item has not been resolved and these items are still being sold. I have now paid for 3 lots of delivery fees (2 deliveries and 1 return), and am now in a position where my emails are being ignored. I had to open up a case on paypal to get my postage and cost of items refunded to me. I am still waiting! If the owner of this company did not ignore my emails, I would not have felt the need to leave a negative review. I understand things go wrong, but when you ignore your customers with a simple refund request because they have not received what they have paid for, then this is not acceptable!!!! * 10 May and partial refund received but owner ignoring my further several emails asking for a full refund. *
Awful quality. I know you get what you pay for but for £50 for 2 tracksuits I expect the quality to last longer than 1 day. After 1 wear on my son's birthday his tracksuit is covered in bobbles and the material has lightened. He wasn't even doing any activity which would have caused this. The designs are lovely but the sizing of the tops run small. Not again unfortunately, cheaper high street brands hold out longer than this tracksuit did. I have messaged the company and they have seen it but not responded unfortunately!
