My wife ordered a few t-shirts and gloves for both of us after a friend of ours was wearing one of the t-shirts on site. The products arrived in good time but were in the wrong colours, and the gloves had been substituted for others without any explanation. This is when things got intriguing. We returned the goods with our reasons for return and awaited our refund... Some 4 months later, after several texts and phone calls to Sam and nothing being done, Ciaran sent a text, and hey presto, we got refunded. I would have given minus 1 for customer service, but unfortunately I didn't have the option. Advice to all... Think before ordering, as if you need a refund, it's not coming to you anytime soon.

Customer service is on point. They are always helpful and polite. Delivery is always on time. Design and quality is excellent. Definitely recommend for work wear.

My jacket was late being despatched, so as a goodwill gesture they printed my company name on it free of charge and threw in a free base layer T-shirt.

I ordered a tshirt from bear valley. They had an offer of buy one tshirt get one free for your birthday. The free tshirt that I got I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I tried to exchange the shirt but I had removed the tag so they could not exchange. That was my fault but they said they would send back the original. They never did and never replied to my email.

We buy all our crews gear here because the quality is amazing and the printing is very durable. Although the real quality is guys who run the show as their customer service is just perfect!

Top quality shirts, best in the business

First time trying the brand, and bought an ExoRanger base layer. I’ve worn it every day to work for well over a year and it hasn’t got a tear or hole in sight. It’s a great top.
