In a world of Amazon Prime and next-day delivery, the wait from order to delivery felt like forever - it was only 10 days, but it felt like I was checking the tracking for a lifetime.
However, the shoes are beautiful and come in minimalist packaging. I followed the size guide and found them to be 1/2 a size too small - I'd recommend sizing up. BUT, this was not a problem; the exchange process took about 3 minutes and was hassle-free. The shoes are very comfy, a departure from my normal trainers, but I feel very connected to the ground.

Beautiful shoes of good quality but unfortunately they were too small. I could not find where to swap them on the website so I emailed customer service. It took a bit of time for them to get back to me but I eventually got some help, and from then on the process was easy. I'm waiting on a new pair one size up. So if you want to purchase the women's Groovers, I recommend you to order one size bigger as they do size small.
I will update this review again once I've received my swap order.

My experience was looking for a good pair of shoes for my mother who is 95, we needed something different, comfy and nice, her feet are wider than usual. So we bet for a pair and it was amazing how these fitted her, together with the advantage of the lightness of the shoe, the materials are so well chosen and worked into a piece of great sneakers.

Get the wrong size and they will charge you as much as the total cost for shipping back to them.
Total rip off.
Have tried contacting them but they ignore emails.

Delivery took a while, but it was worth the wait. This is the best footwear I've ever worn. No socks needed.

I just don't really like the ones I bought since they are duck foot shaped but I figured that's my own fault for not looking at all the pictures. They are comfortable and I really enjoy there mobility and flexibility.

I’ve enjoyed every step of the process (pun intended) Your website allowed me to make and cancel orders easily 2 times before I settled on the correct size etc. I’m so grateful because the size suggestions were correct. When I received my 2 beautiful pairs of Clouders I was knocked out. They didn’t look dorky at all like other minimalist brands. Then they felt so light and springy…even with the thin sole. But bouncy in the ball of the foot and big toe just like they’re supposed to be according to experts. I had already accustomed my feet to minimalist shoes so didn’t need to accustom myself gradually…luckily because I didn’t want to take them off. WAY more cushy than the other X brand. And enough traction for going down a slippery slanting driveway in the rain. The other X brand had no traction at all on the sole. These are so SUPERIOR!!!

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and they were delivered to Ireland. I tried them on the same day i got them and unfortunately they were too small . I also didnt like the design. I followed the returns process and used my national portal service to ensure that the returned shoes were classified as returns . Much to my surprise 4 weeks later i get the returned shoes back from US customs , who said they contacted the company . I have made 5 plus contact with Bearefoot since explaini9ng my story from the start to finish on each occasion. I just wanted t o get my money back as i had returned the goods immediately. On 3 occasions, they said the matter was referred to management... I got no update. So if this is the service that's typical from Bearefoot if i were you i would run a mile from them in some other bear foot shoes.

Easy to understand website, good checkout options and pretty good delivery with clear communication.

The shoes are very interesting, not having had anything like this before it was quite strange wearing them outside for the first few occasions (kinda felt a bit naked 😏). But now I have been using them for 5 days they are becoming my go to shoes for day to day activities.

Just received these over the weekend; Drifters; they came with a insole, not sure if these will have to stay or eventually have to be taken out.
Initial feeling is good, takes a bit to getting used to these, especially the narrowing of the sole on the backend makes one a bit wobbly to start off.
With socks these fit loosely around my toes but feel a bit warm/sweaty as well. Not sure how these will function with really warm temps. Otherwise they feel comfortable.

Shipping took slightly longer than i would like to the UK but that's a me thing. I'm impatient.

I bought 2 sets of these shoes, one from bearefoot, one from another supplier let's call them spurestep. The bearefoot are far superior. Styling, comfort, fitting. Great product, I will be buying more Hazers.

Great for the Calf muscle workouts during the Gym sessions, nothing can beats this shoes on this aspect, I've tried several so far

Thank you to Bearefoot for creating great products. I ordered a pair, but determined that I'm not a good candidate for bare foot type shoes.... The quality of the shoes are excellent, prices is great and superb customer service. I'm disappointed that I'll have to return the shoes - but still a fan of the company! Thank you!

Durability makes me forget the price, not an easy task. Plus after 4 months of everyday wear my feet haven't felt this good in 30 years!

I had initially ordered the wrong size and the website had mentioned free exchanges so I went ahead and ordered a larger size. (Which I am very happy with). The team was very understanding and helpful - Kudos to Anna and all involved. Thank you very much! Fantastic product.
