Was so pleased to find a Mont Blanc Money Clip I liked which was sold out everywhere else. I got a better price than Mont Blanc had been selling it plus an extra 10% off as it was my first order. The online ordering process was seamless and the order was dispatched within an hour of being made. Communication was excellent by both email and WhatsApp. A truly 5 star service. Would 100% recommend.

Buy with confidence. Great price on my watch coupled with great customer service.

Fantastic purchase form Beards from start to finish with great communication, personal emails from the Store Manager regarding bracelet sizing before dispatch making the watch personal to me before it had even left the store. Great comms followed through transit to me. Unboxing was an event with beautiful bespoke Beards wrapping and personal note from Nigel who had emailed me before. Cannot fault this Jewellers in a single area. So pleased to have business I know I can buy from with complete and utter confidence. 6 stars.

Mixed feelings.

* Nobody would quote to service my Omega watch, except for Beards who sent it to Switzerland. Rather expensive but was prepared to pay the price as was a gift from wife.
* Recently purchased a Longines watch for wife. Non stock item secured as special order from manufacturer. Beards handled the experience well.
* Not so good with next attempt to buy another Longines watch for myself one week before Christmas. Again, non stock special order. Sales assistant wanted to check with supplier. Called to chase answer 2nd week January and again 3rd week of January. Both times assistant wouldn't take my call but promised to call back, which he never did. Felt this was unprofessional and didn't value my custom. Not to the standard expected from a high class jeweller so contacted a different jeweller who checked with supplier and replied within one hour. So I gave them the order and increased it with another for my wife. So Beards, unfortunately lost the sale of 2 watches in one transaction!

First class customer service

I would like to extend my deepest thanks to both Vicky and Bethany for their warm welcome, help and advice in purchasing a new watch and lovely ring for my wife. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole experience a joy both for myself and the family.
On the High street professionalism like theirs is what will bring back customers time and time again. I have already told them I will see them for my next watch

Battery Replacement

Earlier this year I took my RADO watch into Beards for a battery replacement. I was told this would take 6 weeks. In fact it took nearly 4 months in the end. Beards failed to keep me inform as to what was going on, in fact I had to keep contacting them for updates. When I did speak to a member of staff, it usually took some time for them to come back to me with an update. When the watch was finally returned to me there was no apology just a standard receipt thanking me for my purchase of £0. Their customer service leaves much to be desired.

It took a while to find the right watch for my wife, including a few trips to London to explore the options. Today Vicky gave us all the time and advice we needed to make up our minds, and we left with the perfect choice, made even better by buying from a local independent dealer. Excellent service

As ever, the Beards team were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had our son's signet ring enlarged and 2 of my wife's gold necklaces repaired; the work was done swiftly and professionally. Previously, Beards arranged repair of my father's vintage Longines watch and kept in touch throughout the process. It is always a pleasure to visit the shop.

Beards RIAT25 - excellent staff and products

I visited the Beards stand at RIAT25, knowing after my previous experiences in Cheltenham I would enjoy browsing the items here. I was instantly greeted by the team with big smiles, and checked in to see if there was anything they could help with. My Mother in Law sadly passed away from cancer earlier this year and I have been looking for something special that I can remember her by. As a woman who enjoyed her Breitlings, my eye caught one that I had not seen before - the ladies small light blue Navitimer with diamonds. I'm not sure what it was, but something about it called to me, despite having tried on tens of Breitlings before. I was able to easily talk to the staff and try the watch on, explaining what I was looking for, and seeing if there was a larger size. Breitling themselves did not offer this, and the team were knowledgeable with this fact. I was torn as to whether I should purchase it, so with a big smile from Hannah (I believe it was), I set off to have a think. It was only a couple of hours later that I returned back to the stand, and I am glad that I did. I was able to talk to the team further in depth as it was a bit quieter (excluding the air displays!), and purchased the watch. The team made the purchase smooth and seamless, even with the wait to change the size of the strap. They were all incredibly welcoming and I had a great laugh with them. I would like to thank the whole team who were at RIAT25 on the Sunday for their time and patience, making me feel relaxed and welcome to the stand. After purchasing my engagement ring, our wedding rings and my first Breitling, I couldn't have thought that the Beards team could get better, but they certainly proved me wrong in the best way possible. Thank you ever so much
