Got beautifully made little wooden reindeer for glasses which are personalised. Loved everything about them. Delicate, perfect size and great personalisation as well as a little free gift. Would use business again in a heartbeat.

The product and post sales customer service is excellent. The only warning/advice I would give is on potentially lengthy turnaround times. Their website fairly states they need up to 7 days processing, with postage time on top.

Just due to where weekends dropped and the timing of my order, my product took 9 working days (and 13 total days) to arrive in my letterbox after placing an order - just make sure you order in good time!
