Excellent customer service
My lion wall light was beautiful, unfortunately it seemed to be faulty and wouldn’t light up the second time I had tried. I contacted BearandRose, they are sending me a new one out and have asked me to recycle the one I had been sent originally. I cannot wait to see it in my son’s newly decorated room. Overall, sturdy well made features and excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning, already telling so many people about this company! Thank you.

Looks lovely above my fireplace
Excellent product but the double sided tape that’s included is awful, we used white tac in the end.
My fault entirely but we ordered silver metallic but looked too grey on our wall so we painted it, absolutely love it

Cute little board
We had an issue with the items delivered and Sarah helped us with the matter. Very pleased with the items and the support. I honestly think it’s a little expensive for what you get, but it is personalised and you get great customer service.

Update your product photos
As lovely as the make is, your photos need updating. Yes you have updated the item description, but left old product photos of when actual chalkboard was used and not acrylic. This is misleading and changing a product like this makes school photo’s with kids that are not neurotypical harder. Please be aware of what changes like this can do.

I'm sorry you were so offended by the mounting tape we provide with our products (as an unpaid for extra) was not pre-applied to the wall art. We choose not to do this as some customers prefer to apply these to the walls using other methods and so the tape on the reverse would be troublesome.
I can assure you as a small family business, that designs, makes every piece from scratch and packages each order with love and care, there is no laziness when it comes to our work. It is disappointing that you have seen an added extra (in us providing an option for mounting the items with) as a negative rather than a positive.
