Excellent application method!

This application/recruitment method feels so much more personal and genuine, leaving less space for AI generation within applications and making the selection process more targeted, focusing on specific experience rather than broad skills.

My experience with the Little Moons…

My experience with the Little Moons recruitment process has been overwhelmingly positive. The questions were thoughtful, creative, and genuinely aligned with the role, allowing me to showcase my experience and personality rather than just repeat what’s on my CV. Each stage felt fair, inclusive, and reflective of a company that truly values people.

What stood out most was how human the process felt—warm, clear, and consistent with Little Moons’ brand. The tasks mirrored real responsibilities and made me feel engaged rather than tested. It was clear they care about finding the right fit while giving every candidate an equal opportunity to succeed.
Overall, the process left me feeling respected, encouraged, and even more excited about the possibility of joining a team that lives its values and treats applicants with genuine consideration.

All companies need to be using this recruitment tool ASAP!

I absolutely loved it, it feels like such a human approach to recruitment! I came fully prepared to be retyping my CV in little boxes because dumb AI recruitment butlers never can handle the complexity of my experience, instead, I was asked to answer 5 questions. I feel that I was able to honour my experience in depth with these answers, and they were so good I am leaving inspired and will be genuinely bummed if I don't get selected because who wouldn't want to work for an organisation that uses such a humanised recruitment practice? I FEEL SO SEEN, I even happy cried at moments with how inspiring the questions were. All companies need to be using this recruitment tool ASAP!
