I have been with Beans for over 2 years now and for the most of the time it’s just a nice service , a selection of coffees based around my preferences delivered to my door fortnightly. This is all what would be expected. Premium coffee at a premium service for a premium price, until undoubtedly something goes wrong………
I received my pack with the top sliced open 😱 no package inside , what to do?
I contacted Beans and thought / hoped that I was contacting someone not a chat-bot thingy, about 2 minutes later 📨 email response to my inbox. After a bit of a chat with less than 10minutes elapsed from my initial contact a replacement pack of the coffee was ordered from the roaster. Not easy but effortless. I always say only judge a service , product on how they deal with situations when things have gone wrong and Beans delivered massively on this front.

The coffee was good but the subscription service was not.
Payment was taken every Monday and I was told delivery would be on average 48 hours. On multiple occasions I was still waiting on a Sunday and on 2 occasions no delivery arrived at all. I appreciate they use multiple vendors however in this day and age, I have multiple subscriptions that run like clockwork and this one just doesn’t work as a subscription.

The coffee I have had has been amazing, it is so nice to have a new coffee every couple of weeks. I have had to contact them once before regarding an issue with delivery by royal mail, and they were so speedy in replying and sorting out my issue with Royal mail
Coffee is OK, but the customer service is poor. Only a few hours after making an order, they launched a promotion. They then refused to take a return or to refund the difference. If they had handled this situation differently I would have continued subscribing but unfortunately this is just outright bad customer service.
Love how fresh the coffee is and that it’s picked to match what I actually like. It’s such a fun way to discover new favourites, with over 20 brilliant roasters, there’s always something different to try. Feels like a personalised coffee adventure every time a box arrives!

Love getting a new bag of coffee from different roasters every month through the letterbox. When needed, customer service very prompt and efficient.
I contacted Customer Support with an online issue around managing one of my membership subscriptions. I appreciated that the response was both prompt and efficient - within 24 hours of my initial email I'd received a reply and action taken so that the issue had been resolved. What I also appreciated was that the their reply was both friendly and helpful.
My experience can be summed up in one word: impressive

Amazing coffee - i actually never really liked coffee before i started ordering from Beans coffee club and in the beginning it was mainly for my husband. Now I’m the one who drinks most of it 😂!
Outstanding customer care too, whenever I have a question it’s always promptly sorted.

Loving the variety of coffee received from Beans and the new flavours and types of coffee we've been getting. Now we've been using Beans for a while we definitely have a few favourite roasters but even those who have been less favoured have still been great quality and good tasting. I had to speak to their customer service once about a Christmas order and they were great too. Thanks Beans

Really enjoying the variety of coffee! I was given a gift card for Beans Coffee Club in October which was great as it’s helped us to discover lots of new coffee and roasters. We have decided to keep the subscription going. I had to contact the support team as I needed to make some changes to my account and the team were very helpful! Highly recommend. :)

I have now been a member of Beans Coffee Club for two years and am a massive fan. I've discovered loads of delicious coffees in that time and love the choice available. The website is really easy to you use and I think membership is superb value. I'd definitely recommend!

Be careful there was a stone into mine, I will not buy from them as this is poor quality, only cracked beans in most of the bag.
I emailed the customer service too and I attached photos of the broken beans and for the stone.

Had a very upset experience placing order with BeansCoffee Club.
As English is not my first langue, placing an online order can be risky. However, most of time, I still able to get satisfied service from a good customer service, even when the order goes wrong.
But I don't have a pleasant purchasing experience with Beans Coffee Club. :-(
I understand Beans Coffee Club is a small business co. , so they have their difficulty / terms & condition...etc to provide customers good / satisfied after-sale quality service, when the order goes wrong. (And I do prefer purchasing from an individual small company to show my support when I can!)
So, just adding my experience / comment.
I DO NOT recommend Beans Coffee Club, especially if English is not your first language or if you are not good at online order....etc.
If I could, I will not even give BeansCoffeeClub any star.
This is an update to a review I left previously. I complained about not receiving a delivery a week after placing my order. This has been swiftly resolved by the company. And I am very happy with thier after sales service
I tried 5 different coffee beans with this company it is good that u can change yur subscription every month they have that right but all there coffee is medium roast not one dark roast I could find & weak coffee in my opinion very dissatisfied with their roasters waste of my money & not good value any way ,all a bit poncey.
Emperor's new clothes, coffee is nice but no nicer than branded ground coffee from a supermarket which costs half.
You can buy individual bags as well as subscribe. I took out a subscription. The coffee is fantastic and my account's easy to manage if I want to change anything, ask for interim bags etc. Huge choice of coffees to suit all tastes. I've also needed to contact their Customer Service department a couple of times and responses each time were impeccable. Would highly recommend them.
