I made an orde online a month ago, and still no signs of my package.
I've also requested a refund and haven't gotten a response.
This looks like a scam scheme to me.

I ordered on 5 Feb and the parcel (from Portugal) arrived on 12 Feb - normal post.

I just received my Beauty products that I’ve spent almost £400 on and they are all fake. Fake packaging fake products I use them all the time. This company is an absolute rip off and should be taken down.

Ordered a product two weeks ago. Order confirmation was sent, but no communication regarding processing or shipping. I was never sent a notice that my order was processed, or a tracking number for shipping. I have sent several emails to customer service and have not received a response. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, as I have no reason to believe that the product is being sent to me and it is time-sensitive.

I have never written a review like this before but felt compelled to inform any potential customers of my personal experience. I placed an order on the 22nd April. On the 28th April I sent a query to enquire when I should expect to receive my order as I had received no communication since the confirmation of order. I found this unusual as I am a frequent online shopper and generally expect regular updates until order is delivered. The initial response indicated that they had contacted me days beforehand to advice stock issues and they were awaiting a restock ( I don’t believe any email was sent as I never received one and checked my spam to be sure). I accepted the explanation despite the fact that I needed my product as I recognise that these things happen. On the 4th May I sought another update as I would need to consider a refund and order with another supplier as I had a holiday coming up. I received a response that they were unable to fulfill the order and offered an alternative which they stated would perfectly replace my order or a refund. I requested a refund as the alternative item was a completely different item which would not perfectly replace my order. I finally received confirmation of my refund only to discover that the €6.74 I was charged for delivery of the item they could not fulfill remained outstanding.
Extremely disappointing experience.

Avoid this operation . They dispatch orders missing items with full knowledge and take no responsibility. I refer to your reply . I have written directly to your info email with no response. I have never encountered such a worse experience in my 50+ years using online shopping. It is simple order placed , order paid in full , order not dispatched in full . No communication regarding the missing item. I was expected to accept the order even though it was not fulfilled. A contractural obligation is exactly that . Be and Care did not comply. I paid and did not receive as paid . The offer of $2.70 compensation to accept the short order is an insult , in fact ridiculous.
I note your response . You did not complete the order . You now state you are not responsible for not fulfilling the order so who is ? You accepted full payment prior to dispatch . You did not dispatch in full you did not communicate the order was incomplete. I reached out and offered $2.70 to accept the order . Further under Amazon regulations the items sent cannot be returned as they are of a personal nature .
Once again to not accept responsibility just reinforces my statements about Be and Care .

I made an order, which has been confirmed and in few days they added a tracking number. The link didn´t work so I went on website of the courier and tracking number was not found. Basically it was non existing number. I contacted customer servis and they just replayed: "for some reason your order is returning to us, so that you don't have to wait any longer, we will refund your order, if you want to make the purchase again it will be a pleasure to assist you." I asked if they can sent the goods I ordered instead refund (because my bank has different currency = CZK and I will loose money. No chance.
Generally normal online shop would solve the problem with delivery and send it. But obviously there was no any problem, they didn´t have the products I ordered. Only possitive thing is that they comunicated

No customer service, all they care about is money. I didn't hear from the company when my order didn't turn up. They only cared when after 3 wks I asked for a refund. After I received the refund they then harassed me nearly every day to tell me to refuse delivery from royal mail. Only problem royal mail said the order was still in Portugal. Horrible people who don't care AVOID!

i shopped at be and care few times. its handling and shipping time took much longer than its competitors. for my experiences, be and care usually takes about 2 to 6 weeks to deliver my orders. if there is any out of stock item, you never know unless you ask them. customer service is ok. it takes 2 or more days to get their answer. they stil have a lot of rooms to improve their business. i'll go with its competitors first cause shipping speed is important to me.

The products were not packed well, one or two of the items I bought opened up and the contents spilled out onto the other products making a mess and I lost over half a bottle of one of the items. Very frustrating!

I ordered the product and it took over 2 months to arrive with me having to reach out to customer service multiple times.
I order an item and paid. One month later I hadn't received anything, just the order confirmation so I contacted customer service. They said they missed my proof of payment but now that I confirmed it they would send me what I ordered.
One month later I reached out again that I hadn't received anything not even a shipping email.
Then they clearly lied and told me that my order was shipped but the label was destroyed with water damage while in transit and the postal service could no longer trace it. But they would send a new one. Within a couple hours of the second complaint and asking for my money back I got my first email with a tracking number.
