The Beall's Outlet in Bedford, IN is an amazing store. The employees work very well together to make sure every customer has a pleasant experience. Even though a new department store opened up next door, bringing in more customers, both the managers and the associates managed to keep everything tidy and organized, especially for Black Friday. As their slogan goes, it's a great place to be!!
This is a review on the Bealls in Sun City Arizona. I don't know who does the hiring for this particular store, but they should be given a raise. A big huge raise. These people that work at this particular store have some of the best customer service skills I have seen since I've left Minnesota. I feel like I'm back in 1996 when customer service was still a real thing. They've got young employees middle-aged employees and older employees and they are all amazing. This is not just a fluke either, I go there quite often and no matter which employee it is I don't know the mall, they treat me the same and the strangers behind me who come in get the exact same welcome. So I don't get special treatment because I shop there too much. Lol
