The hair unit that I purchased was advertised as 100% human hair, but when I received it, it was clearly a synthetic and human hair blend. The hair had a plastic feel to it, shedded in clumps, and matted when I washed it. Don't buy from Bea Hairs. The items are not as advertised.

I am from the United Arab Emirates and we have a surprising number of stores here. However, I have never purchased anything from here. I always go for bea hairs 1 quality is high 2 any request is satisfied 3 affordable 4 variety of choices

I wish I would have seen these terrible reviews before I purchased a wig from these ppl. I recently purchased a wig from them. It was more than $200. . . it came, and I was stunned. First, I noted that for all that money they didn't so much as sent a wig cap or hairpin. NOTHING!! Then the wig was so bare, hardly any hair in the front. No lining under the lace, you could literally see the wig cap rim and the entire wig cap through the lace. Hard to explain, it was so unbelievable that they could mail something like that. Within 1 hour, I reached out by chat, she instant started evading. I messaged, she replied then disappeared. I told her I'm not going away. She started giving me this garbage about how it's hard to return to China because of the country's so and so. When that didn't work she started saying it's going to cost $28. I said I didn't care. I was willing to take a loss. Finally I told her about the vast number of followers I have on IG and Twitter and I was taking a screenshots of the convo so I can show everyone how horrible they were. That's when she said, oh, by the way, here's our US address. Ladies buy at your own risk if you want, but don't say I didn't warn you.

I have ordered several wigs from Bea Hairs. I am Caucasian and it is difficult to get the right shade of lace to make the wig look natural. My most recent order, a transparent full lace, 20" custom red color unit, is so great. Natural hairline, baby hairs, and pre-plucked.

Let me just say, the quality of the hair - 150% density, was really nice, soft, smooth, thick, but not too thick that it looks unreal. It was easy to install with a bit of additional bleaching, and I have been complimented many times on it since.

BEA Hairs provides such a vital service to people, I so appreciate that they are making such quality, natural looking units. Their customer service has also been excellent, they give advice, answer questions and make suggestions, and customize, depending on your needs. They make it easy honestly. I even got advice on what to do with an old wig that has seen better days!

The best wigs on the market. Beautiful kinky straight with lighter colored parts that match your scalp, not like the redder colored parts that most have. They are very pleasant people to work with and the delivery is fast! They understand what you’re looking for and know their products well! Great business!

I dont know where to start. I love love love bea hair. I have been buying different wigs from her for 4years now and havent had a complaint not once. The hair is amazing and the lace is definitely legit A1. I literally have my styles up for a month or more the lace literally stay without any touch ups. This is no lie if i could i would give them 10 stars. And not too mention my first wig from 4years ago still in great shape and could be worn again. As well as the shipping is fast I ordered my recent wig thursday and got it Tuesday (Today)Thank you Bea!!!

This is my 3rd time ordering from them, but this time I ordered the wrong hair and realized it after my order was complete. I contacted them, they quickly answered and they were able to change it for me immediately. Shipping was super fast.
The hair is beautiful, I didn't need to bleach it, I applied some make up on the lace and glue it. I got many compliments today.

Since my last review, I contacted them via Instagram, and they responded very fast, so if you guys want to get them, do not waste your time with an email address. So I received my hair three days ago, and today I put them, and let me tell you guys, I have the kinky one. It is gorgeous. The only problem is my hair is blacker than the extension. and yes, I will definitely buy from them again.

I’ve been a customer of theirs for years. Since about 2016 actually. I used to be so happy with this hair but it seems as if as the years have gone by the quality of this hair has gone down. I buy curly wigs from them all the time but as of late they mat super bad like the hair isn’t the hair grade in the description… costs way too much to buy a wig for it to be completely matted all of a few weeks… highly disappointed.
