I spoke to someone at Beadmouse and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly and helped me navigate the website. The item I wanted wasn’t available elsewhere so I was very pleased they had it in stock. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. There was also another item in the package as a small gift which was a very nice touch. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends. Missing Order - Impossible to contact company
Ordered on the 30th Oct, now the 12th Nov and no update on a £50 order. I have tried emailing the company to no response. I have also tried calling the listed number and it will not connect.

Why would I go anywhere else.
Ordered Monday morning, arrived Tuesday morning. I chose one of my items after receiving a free sample (one of many) from my previous order and then there is the discount as well!!
What's not to like with this company?
