I’m honestly so impressed with Beads&Crystals! From start to finish, my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. I placed my order for Swarovski rhinestones and was amazed to receive a dispatch notification just an hour later—talk about efficiency! The parcel arrived the very next day, which I wasn’t expecting at all.

What really stood out to me was the quality of the rhinestones themselves. The shine is absolutely stunning. You can instantly tell these are genuine Swarovski crystals; the clarity and sparkle are unmatched. It’s getting harder to find authentic Swarovski rhinestones in the UK, but Beads&Crystals is one of the few reliable retailers that still stock them, and I’m so glad I found them.

If you're someone who values both speed and quality, especially when working on detailed craft or design projects, I couldn't recommend Beads&Crystals more. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases—their service and products are truly top-tier.

I ordered on a Wednesday morning and didn’t receive a confirmation email (my fault). I emailed them and they got back to me in probably 2 hours. It turns out that the email went to my junk. I ordered organza gift bags and they were perfect! Shipping only took 1 day and they were packaged nicely too! Would definitely recommend and I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

I ordered from this site and never recieved my items. I emailed several times and all i got was an automated email saying my items had been dispatched. I phoned and asked where my items where and the woman said there was a mix up and wanted more money from me, I refused and the woman was very rude to me, so I asked for a refund. I didnt recieve the refund intil I phoned again a week later and she was adament she had given me a refund, funny enough moments later I did recieve a refund after telling her I had reported her to customer direct.

The prices maybe slightly cheaper then other websites but I would pay the extra few pounds for a quality and reliable service.

I shop alot online and this has to be the most arrogant and unprofessional busniess on the web!

I used this site recently to order a large amount of swarovski crystals. The site is easy to navigate, it's easy to place and order and i recieved my goods within 3 days. The crystals were well packaged and clearly labelled, which is good because there's only a 1mm difference in some of the sizes i ordered! I will be using this site again as it's the cheapest i've found for genuine swarovski crystals in bulk packs and the service is brilliant. Downside is that some of the items on the site don't have an accompanying picture which makes it hard to decide whether or not it's what you're looking for.
