As the other reviews have stated, this company is a sham. I ordered a blazer from them in July 2023 and never received it. I did reach a "customer service" rep by email, but she first claimed my order had been delayed and then claimed she had to contact another department to process a refund. No refund. Avoid Beacon Owl.

My fiance ordered a hat and sunglasses for almost $100 total for my birthday back in April (2023) and it is currently almost September and we have never received any tracking or any emails about the purchase. We didn't even receive a confirmation email and no one will respond to any other emails.
They definitely took our money and never provided the product. Fraudulent company 100%. I am now concerned that they have our billing information in their system!

Ordered 3 months ago. Asked after a month because I didn't see any tracking number or update. Got a canned response about checking with fulfillment. Two months later still NOTHING. Called number and it's disconnected. Emailed and got the same canned response. They stole my money and never sent me anything.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. Took my money and ran! Ordered an XL sweater jacket and an XL corduroy shirt. Sent me a miniature sweater and a 3XL ugly shirt (totally not what I ordered). Tried calling - NEVER any answer. Emailed and did receive a reply and two RA #'s with a note saying to wait for next email with address to send to. NO REPLY TO DATE! I have sent NUMEROUS emails and have been ghosted!

They are a fraudulent company with crappy products! I ordered 2 shirts - arrived 1 month after it was ordered! The quality is very bad and they don't fit! Hence I asked for it to be returned, however no one responds to my emails and they are ghosting me. Terrible!
