I am torn on my order. I kept one dress. Ok quality. It's $40 bucks so not expecting YSL. However, if you have a return or exchange you will have issues. They want you to ship clothes back international shipping. Very expensive and no communication other than email. So if everything works then you are good. If you need customer service or exchange/returns, good luck.

The first dress I ordered the sizing was completely off. The return policy that is written on their site is very deceiving!!! You will have to pay to mail it back to china or they give you a discount for another item. And that 2nd item that I got was even worse. Nothing like the picture. I would have never chosen it. They say that they will fix any quality issue, this was definitely a quality issue and claimed that it was slight color variation on the screen. I have pics that prove that this is no way a color variation. The quality is horrible on this site and it’s very misleading with their policies. A complete rip off!!!! Buyers beware!!

SCAM! Stay away! The WORST! Products were not as shown, awful quality... they make Shein and Temu look like Versace. I tried nicely to return. They gave me an address... I paid $71 in USPS to ship back to CHINA... it sat there for months... USPS reached out to Beachsissi who ABANDONS the products so it continues to sit and then it will be returned to me... I'm trying to get a refund at least on the products and they keep trying to push for me to take a 15% refund of my purchase... it's a joke.. and a waste of a lot of time chasing down USPS dispute, PayPal dispute, dispute with Beachsissi... it's been a nightmare...

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered over 200.00 worth of swimsuits, 1 of them fit the rest I returned, at the cost of almost 60.00 from US back to China. Now I receive a call that there were customs due charges that they declined and now the return is sitting in limbo…DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT purchase from this company.

Second year I am purchasing summer dresses and swimsuit from them! I love them because they’re different from the others stuff I see around!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 swimsuits/get 3rd one free. One of them didn’t fit and wanted to return it, it cost me an arm and leg to return to China. I couldn’t get my free one, but they said I could get one at 50% off. I responded affirmatively and asked how I would go about it, they never responded!!! Recently, I bought 3 bathing suits, they double charged my account, I sent them documentation of the overcharge, but my issue was never resolved as they never responded to my numerous follow-up emails. All I get is the same canned emails, that an agent would get back to me. My issue was never resolved…ripped me off for $100!!! Not happy with their business ethics.

In addition, shipping is super fast and efficient, you couldn't ask for more. Thank you very much, I will definitely buy again

This company do not buy from! I bought swimsuits back in Feb that were used and they don’t want to credit my card as they sent our used item no liners for swimsuit and no tags! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CONPANY!!!!

DO NOT buy anything from this company. Incorrect sizing, long and expensive postal costs and almost criminal refund policy where it will cost you money. Do not support this overseas company with your heard earned money!!

If you need to return something it has to ship to China and the cost to return the item or items would be much too costly if you are located in the United States.
Not worth ordering from this company quality is not great.

Still waiting for a response regarding my return. I sent email to customer service. Products are cheap and stink. The colors and material look nothing like the pictures or description. Beach sissi please get back with me and allow my refund for this product. Awful customer service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please let me save you money and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. It's cheap and coming straight from China so the customer service is non existent. There is no paperwork in the packaging which makes them very hard to return and if you miss the 15 day return window you are out of luck. (I was going on vacation a day after my package arrived and with absolutely no return instructions in the package, I had to wait until I got home to follow up.) They told me too bad, I cannot return anything. I know better than to buy things off of Instagram when you know nothing, so maybe you can learn from my big mistake.

the outfits are beautiful, they arrive very quickly. the quality is the best.

Very poor quality and Ill fitting tankini. No ability to return for a refund. No customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Looks like it comes from America but its Chinese garbage. Not long after I purchased my card was skimmed! Avoid at all costs! Also don't believe the rubbish responses they publish, it's all lip service.
