These guys are classic scam artist that take and ask for more. Go down on prices to reel you in and don't deliver. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! If I could give less than one star I would!
I purchased this package in 2021 for 5 days 4 nights all inclusive Beachfront destination with 2 Bonus location. I was told that I would only have to pay a 1x fee of $150 and nothing else for the complete travel with the exception of the resort fees & taxes.
Well, I did travel to Cabo for the main destination that is required. I paid the processing fee & resort fees. Everything went as explained and planned. Well on to my bonus, they always said the list wasn't posted. After 5 months of calling & receiving the same information. On 3/30/23, I called and was offered 6 days, 5 nights all inclusive (orig. 8 days, 7 nights with more destinations).
However, a guy named Edguar Perez (who says there isn't a manager or anyone else I could speak to) informed me that I would have to pay $400 (including $100 taxes, $100 processing fee, $30/day resort fees) to complete one of the bonus trips. I proceeded to read him what I had in my email and mentioned zthe guy who sent it to me. He rudely proceeds to say that is in the past & George Harris is no longer with the company. He constantly cuts me off by saying "It doesn't matter what was said in the past, I am telling you what is in the present". He said either you want to travel or not. Nothing is free. It is already cheap. I said I understand all of that, but that is neither what I agreed to on the recording nor what I have in my email. He said you completed the main stay & that is all we are obligated to. The customer service is below average. He wasn't trying to hear anything that I had to say nor cared to see the proof I had.
Well I was able to get 1 decent trip out of it & that is it. On top of that, the company had a website when I first signed up. That quickly changed and was removed. I called and questioned it back in 2021 and they stated that they were working to get it back up.
Stay away unless you are a risk taker! Company said they are located in Cancun
This company is a scam! Stole my money out of my credit card for $297.04 The person who answers the phone (Guy) over there said we are a scam, but people keep giving us money! OMG Also said he is the manager, and no one is above him. Stay away from these people. they not giving you no Vancy stay.
They stole my money. I sent proof from my credit card that they had sent the money to them. They say they never got it so now I'm out 2000.00. They won't let me talk to their finance nor Mgr.
This company goes down in price for the package they sell. Then when booking time comes, they add other fees. The representatives are rude and don't let you speak to a manager. DON'T BUY IT!
UPDATE: After my credit card did an investigation, Chase refunded my $500!
This company is a total rip off. Why haven't the federal consumer division closed these Mexican Crooks down. I lost$15,000 on a fake vacation package.
Robocalling me even on DNC list
Feels good to waste their time.
Did a vacation like this before & was headed to Cancun anyway so we gave it a go...It worked out & we stayed at villas del palmar, went to the tour didnt buy anything. The food & property was better than expected so might come back. If you dont mind the presentation i think it was a good deal
Company is violating the Federal TCPA by robocalling. I have put in an inquiry to the FTC via a family member that works there, and I am waiting to see if they take action.
Yep, another RoboCall program driving income from blasting calls hoping to reel-in willing participants. They asked me for and amount over $1,000 from a credit card right off the bat. Nope. I kindly thanked the rep and ended the call. This is another DANGEROUS time share offer (possibly a scam) promising amazing vacation get-aways. The website was registered February 2021 as per GoDaddy WhoIs lookup and is hosted on GoDaddy. However, the website clearly states "BeachfrontDestinations.com has been planning vacations for over 23 years." Sounds like a lie to me.
I spoke to 2 of their agents...After informing them that I'm a Marriott rewards member, I got a cheaper rate, then as I was thinking about it, she offered me a better deal and added another stay and a cheaper price again.
I checked online to see if this was a true company and found this..and knew to just say not interested...I'm sure I'll get a bunch more calls from their robocaller. LOL
Robocall timeshare company that never lets you opt out or otherwise get off their list. I like to play along and make their reps talk me through everything. Feels good wasting their company's time knowing they have to pay their workers. Today they actually robocalled me a second time while I was already in a call with one of their agents.
