They have been ripping people off for years. I had the misfortune of joining the site in 2016 and after 30 minutes realised it was fake. DO NOT join this site!!!! I cannot stress that enough. They will threaten you but DO NOT pay. I cancelled my card. It was the only way to stop them. They should be shut down!!!!

Its just a shame that this website is available to rip people off, the subscription fee that they deduct is a sort of scam, 10 times more than they show you, hey guy! Just don’t go for it and report it as far as you can

Dreadful dating site. Keep well away. It's a pure money making racket. Impossible to cancel subscription. It'll keep debit your card. Dreadful customer service.

I'm so angry at these fraudsters. I tapped to pay $12 & they took $299. I've had a stroke on a sickness benefit so have no money this week. They are ripping people off over & over & getting away with it. They must be stopped. It's impossible to cancel on their site so I took down my pics & cancelled my bank account. I give them no stars as my rating.

You can be absolutely assured that when you buy premium, the flow of messages will stop. Most profiles are fake, all messages are generic one-line rubbish.
I want to encourage everyone looking for a real thing: if a dating site or app doesn't work, don't get stuck with it, go ahead and look elsewhere. Don't be discouraged: there are services that produce results.

Terrible experience with this website. 90% of the women profiles are fake, who keep sending mesages only to lure men into paying for a premium. Before you buy a monthly subscription you get tens of messages from women everyday. Of course, you cannot read them, because that's only for paying customers. Nor can you see the photos.

After you pay for a month, with I thought was $14, and you start opening the messages, you realize they are jsut a one-line pre-written messages, some random questions, send automatically to all free-trieal members.
And, what do you know? Once you paid, the messages suddenly stop. No more messages from women, no nothing.

Cancelling the membership is difficult, and even though I asked them to cancel my membership, they still charged me for $73, instead of $14.

Complete scam advertised price of 4.99 for a month, took 19.99 from my account and said that they would automatically then take another 49.99 after a week, I had to cancel my card as they have no customer care

I feel that I am wasting my money most people have a lock on their photographs... Why? It seems very strange. It's a very unfriendly site and difficult to get out of the membership. Today I find someone has a totally nude picture... No lock on him pic obviously no one is checking pics or vetting them before the are made public.....

I signed up for 1 month for 29 euro....and they sent me a welcome email, stating 'to ensure you get the best experience, we are going to extend your 1 month for a further 49 euro"!! Absolute robbery. Seriously! I will decide if I want to extend my membership! I signed up for ONE MONTH.
Please please, do NOT use this site. Scam.

Having read a few comments(?), I can only say, don't use your CREDIT card, I used a DEBIT, so I had to transfer cash to Paypal and then to S.a.r.i. but I didn't use my be2 ID ( in my ignorance of not being used to transferring International).
OK, I had to pay 2 lots but, they have closed my account so they say. My second payment went astray somewhere in Europe and I had to get a Transaction ID from Paypal which they required.
I have also told them to close my account (just in case) and kept ALL of their messages to me but I can now use the page(as if)
Read the terms and conditions (it doesn't help much, though).

Ok so since 22 09 2020 I've been trying to get something happening with this horrible utter scam. They have emailed and gas lighted me telling me what I did and how they're sorry I didn't read things properly which is a total lie. What kind of site wont even let you close your account? Tells you them stealing from you is your fault. They have a fine print that says cancel via a fax machine ? Ive just reported them as a cyber threat to the NZ I urge you to all do the same. We have to shut them down. They're doing this to people all over the world daily. Report them to CertNZ also to your bank as fraud. And don't stop harassing Paypal theyre utterly useless I would reccomend never using paypal again.

Has anyone had there money refunded? I’m desperately trying I’m so worried I can’t afford my bills this month because of this money being taken 😞 tried everything they said because I’ve logged on I can’t have a refund ! I had to log on to try find the refund form that doesn’t exist!!! Very worried and upset by all this

I was defrauded 22/9/2020. I thought I was paying 19.99 they took 239.88.

I can't contact them. I can't cancel. They won't reply. PayPal wont refund me. Its daylight robbery and I was just giving it a try.

I have reported this fraud to my bank.

I only earn 436 a week at the moment. Why would I spend that kind of money on a dating site ?

Its theft. I have no way of knowing how to stop it happening again.

I deactivated my premium membership and profile about 4 months ago. I received an email from b2 confirming this and that no money would be deducted again. Just out of the blue yesterday after months of not being a member they unlawfully deducted money from my bank account.
I emailed them to advise of what had happened and to request that they return the money. They replied with some random excuse. When I told them them I would go to the police they blocked my messages

I thought I was only paying for a month then I get an invoice for $299 NZD I emailed them straight away and their response is the price is clear no refund.
I've since not been able to login in "customer service" say i have no account with them.
I've emailed PayPal asking that these scammers are not allowed to take any more money out .

I have sent through a cancellation form, this site is a sham and it is impossible to cancel your account quickly and easily

I signed up for the cheapest option yet was billed for premium membership over $200 then complained and would not be given a refund. Thi was in February and now today they took $350 from my account. I had emailed them and they Knew I wanted to close the account yet here I am billed again. It is theft! I am told that since I put my card details in it shows that I wanted it. Such rubbish because I chose the cheapest option and yet they have scammed me and charged me for premium and won’t give me my money

They have ripped me off also (thought I signed up for a month,got slugged for 6 months and now they're refusing to cancel my subscription despite 2 requests). I have said I will have my bank deny the charge on my credit card and they're threatening debt collection.

Has anyone else had them try the debt collection avenue? I don't want legal action against me, but don't want anything more to do with this site...or to waste more $$.
