I signed up with BeFibre for a bargain price when they were new to my area in 2024. There were some issues at the start, mostly caused by my previous provider, and BeFibre were quick to sort it out.... See more

Free Installation? After six weeks following initial attempts to get me up and running were frustrated by an obstructed cable duct preventing installation of the fibre cable, repeated engineer visits to confirm the same, incoherent texts, emails rescheduling appointments never previously arranged and finally a failure of BeFibre's Civil's team to turn up and carry out the committed work despite being informed they were 'on their way', I wrote a formal complaint.
Next day, maybe expecting a response I receive another email explaining legalities concerning traffic orders, 12 week delay and requesting a FOUR figured sum to complete work ignoring their Civils were supposed to have resolved the issue the previous day. Left hand / right hand? Clearly no coordination at BeFibre?
I abandoned the whole sorry process same day. At least that part was handled politely and efficiently.

If I could give zero stars I would. Befibre has to have the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Ive had befibre for 7 full days now and haven't had the Internet in those 7 days. They cut my cable from sky and haven't connected me up properly. And now when I need them most, radio silence. Faye in the order management team is completely useless, ive sent many replies to her email and been ignored every single time. Ive been ringing up daily to try and get an update and been told no managers are available. 3 working days to rectify the issue they told me, now 7 days later and they still havent fixed it. Not once in the 7 days has anyone from befibre been in touch and ive had to ring, sit on hold for 30 mins to tell me there is no update. This is one of the worst run companies ive ever dealt with. I would avoid befibre and im very close to just telling them to take the installation out and ill go elsewhere.

Today my landline was finally up and running after my issue with the aforementioned was taken up by
Victoria (Technical Team BeFibre).
After changing my router over to WiFi 7 I was looking forward to a better landline service. Unfortunately a technical issue ensured when I set up the new router. After contacting numerous members of the customer service team; Victoria contacted me on the 10/8/26 and by today 12/8/26 solved the problem.
I was so happy to hear my landline ring again, as it a life-line for my 87 year old mother, thanks.

Had high network latency issues, consistent over 4 days, ping spiking to 200ms, causing applications to timeout, Netflix to stop loading, YouTube to buffer and games to freeze / stutter, issues occured from the Thursday 30th July to present day.
I raised the issue on Monday 3rd July to BeFibre support.
I am an IT Technician by trade and have a very good understanding of troubleshooting steps and technical diagnostics.
I had informed BeFibre that I have gone through troubleshooting, restarted router, ONT, disconnected and reconnected cables as well as swapped all cables with fresh Cat 6 patch cables.
They informed me they would raise this to their advanced technical team who will update me within 48 hours.
Wednesday 5th, I contacted BeFibre again asking if there was an update on my case as issue still happening.
I was told there was no update as of yet, but the support agent would directly message the technical team to chase.
Thursday 6th, working from home, numerous VoIP calls dropping out, VPN cutting off and remote connections dropping out. Called BeFibre both in the morning and in the afternoon explaining it is affecting me working from home and that I would like to discuss with a supervisor / manager.
I was told a note would be added to the ticket requesting a manager call back and that they aim to get back to me within 24 hours.
Friday 7th August, still having connection issues and no update from support, no call back, no resolution.
I call back again asking what is happening and why I haven't been contacted by a manager, no note was added onto the case to be contacted by a manager.
I ask again to speak to a manager, but no one is available.
Customer support agent acknowledged my issues and told me they would look into this more and hopefully get me an update.
Still constant issues over the weekend of 8th and 9th.
Called back again Monday 10th more frustrated that a week has gone by and no resolution, no contact, no update and being completely ignored.
Tuesday 11th, came home from work to no internet completely.
ONT showing no data, router showing a single red LED, called support again and was told they would add the information to the current open case.
Still no internet as of Wednesday morning.
Absolutely appauling customer support, no communication, no updates, no escalation, no time frame for a resolution, nothing.
We have never had to contact Be Fibre customer support before but this has been abysmal.
Words genuinely cannot comprehend how disappointed I am in the level of support Be Fibre are offering and how unheard I feel as a customer, paying for a service.

Just renewed my mum's contract as it's good value, Tamayra very helpful. (The link BeFibre sent to leave a review on here didn't work so I just looked up BeFibre - they might want to look into changing the link they send)

Tamara made the changes and renewal of my contract very easy, guiding me through speed checks etc. Very happy to renew my contract with BeFibre

Lovely personal customer service from Rachael. So nice to talk to a friendly person and worth calling up to get loyalty discount and price match. Had to wait a bit to get through, but it was worth it. Good reliable broadband, and contract price remains the same throughout the entire 24 months, unlike most contracts that increase several times.

Great service when signing you up to a new contract but not when you need an issue resolving. Daily drop outs in service. It’s been at least 8 days since we first reported it. 3 promised phone calls from the technical team that never happened and it’s still not resolved.
It’s now been 11 days. The last call was made by my husband (the account holder) on Monday. Yet again he was promised a call back from someone in the technical team. Yet again no call has been forthcoming. We’ve had a least 3 further drop outs today. This is not acceptable when I work from home and need a reliable network to do conference calls on.
He has asked for this to be escalated to a manager but has been told that’s not possible so we’re now at a loss as to how to get this resolved.

Jesson helped me with a loyalty offer as my 900 plan was coming to an end. After a great experience without any issues—unlike with Sky, who didn’t want to help—I decided to take the loyalty package. Now I’m on the 2300 plan with the new WiFi 7 router, which works exactly as advertised. I switched to BeFibre from Sky and haven’t looked back since.

So we've had a bad experience with the internet dropping, it's not BeFibre's fault because it was the Fibre Heros issue as other ISP had the same downtime.
No Service Status on BeFibre to say there's downtime, I went to another ISP who had live chat's website to see if they could be kind enough to help and they said there was an issue in my area. But because I'm still in contract with BeFibre we stayed.
Now we have the renewal offer, yes it's cheaper than we pay but I dont want to use them, so there's providers who offer the One Touch Switch! Fill in your account details at BeFibre and it's all switched over no issues, fantastic!
Not, you have two account numbers and none of them work, so you phone support, they said it sounds like it's because we're on the same network (Fibre Heros)..
Go back to the new ISP and they said they've not had anyone else have the same issue switching...
Phone BeFibre back... bad phone line connection so you can't hear their operator. It's pathetic! how does an ISP have just a bad phone line, are they using BeFibre at their offices?
So email them with their contact us form... We aim to get back to you within 5 DAYS??? You what? I'd avoid this company... Go to the new fibre heros and find someone with live chat... Or anything don't use Zzoomm as that's the same company now. Avoid don't have the same issues as me.
Ticket: 186035!
Edit:
2 days ago I was asked for more information, I provided that. Still no email to my ticket, no phone call...
Phoning today I've been on hold for 27 minutes already and I'm number 1 in the queue... What the Fudge is going on at BeFibre are they having a massive chat with the customer before me? Is there only one person working this Monday morning in the office? Do they see my number and leave me in the queue? Avoid this company at all costs! I wish I could attach pictures.

Arrived on time, efficency and friendly service, very pleasant engineers. All broadband up and running on all equipment, with little or no fuss. Highly recommended.

I've had my broadband dropping virtually every day for the last month, sometimes several times a day. When Be Fibre can be bothered to respond to emails they've had me doing all the troubleshooting, there's never been an engineer involved and they've insisted on charging me the full amount despite having a severely disrupted service for around a month now. Yes, Be Fibre, are competitive on price but it seems that you get what you pay for because when it comes to looking after customers they're woeful.

After having an installation cancelled that I was not contacted about, the member of the loyalty team was very helpful and understanding of my predicament. She quickly helped me set up a new deal and sorted a new installation without cost to myself. A very pleasant individual.

I had a call from Victoria who assisted me in getting my WiFi connection back. She made me feel at ease and patiently talked me through the process. Thankyou Victoria, you solved my problem quickly in an efficient, pleasant manner.

Company seems to want to keep customers by providing solid internet at good prices. Works for me. Renewal took about 10 mins, Bethan was pleasant and efficient, found me a better deal for what I was after. No stress.

Have been with Befibre for for nearly 2 years now and have just signed up for another 2 years. They have again given me a great deal with no in contract hikes. All sorted with email via Rachael who was a credit to Befibre who answered all my questions and set up my new deal. Have never had an issue with Befibre in the two years i have been with them so from my point of view i would highly recommend them.
