Unable to fix the card access to their expensive apartment I rent and I have to sleep in hotel for days. Badly treated on the phone and not solving the problem
This review is for the Barcelona branch, dealing with flat in call Parcerisa 25, Bordeta.
I came back from my holiday earlier due to a urgent surgery needed on Sat night, but all the building access cards I brought with me stopped working when I returned to my apartment owned by this company. No emergency number to call.
All the hotels were full so I had to wait the whole night on the entrance sofa with 30 degree unable to sleep in my health conditions, to be told in the morning there is a problem in the system and they cannot let me in.
Every day hours on the phone, often not answered, or hang up, treated very poorly, or lying the fixed the problem but they didn't.
It's already THREE NIGHTS I CANNOT ENTER MY FLAT, despite I paid the full month high rent, so I have to keep sleeping around moving every day, after a surgery impairing me with movements, without clean clothes, my medicines, paying for hotel, taxi, coworkings, bothering friends for help (lucky I have them), spend hours on the phone with people that don't seem to know what to do, clearly unmanaged and controlled.
UNBELIEVEABLE !! If you have a family, avoid to rent from them, or if the same happen to you, it'll cost thousands of euros and not access your urgent things (medicine, laptop to work), to sleep around for days until they let you in your apartment.
I'll probably now have to contact a specialized expensive locksmith to open and keep the other open waiting for moving company, then probably being charged as the flat is not clean or silly things, as I was read in other google maps comments, they often do.
They also don't fix things, so you might end up without hot water or air conditioning for weeks (as written often in the google maps review). My dishwashers took months to receive a visit, broken chair in your home will never be fixed, coworking air conditioning broken for over 3 weeks, swimming pool gate broken for weeks, and beach chairs half broken too.
I'm over 40 yrs old and I've never seen a managing company that disgusting just doing marketing and saving on assistance and maintenance to the extreme, not giving a damn even if somebody cannot access his own flat.
