As we informed you at the beginning, royalty payments typically experience a delay of up to 3 months after a release is delivered to stores. This is a standard industry process since we can only distribute payouts once digital stores confirm actual sales data. At this time, we do not have confirmed sales for your releases, and as soon as they are reported, your analytics will be automatically updated.

Additionally, your releases were not live on stores for 4 months. They were available for approximately 2 months before being taken down. Lastly, your account was terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Use, which is clearly outlined in our policies.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our automated scanning tools identified your song as AI-generated, and our policy strictly prohibits the distribution of AI-generated content. As per our agreement, you acknowledged and agreed not to distribute AI-generated content through our service. We provided you with an opportunity to prove that your release was not AI-generated. However, your proof involved using another AI tool to split the track into 4 stems, which does not meet our verification standards. Consequently, we had to reject your release.

Additionally, regarding Content ID, you did not request it. Even if you had, your account does not currently meet the necessary requirements for access to Content ID.
