They don't send me tracking number and I after 10 days I still didn't receive my order

Ford Gel Bages and inlays

I ordered Ford Gel Bages and the inlays for the "Ford Performance" Front lip for my Fiesta ST.

Positive:
- Looks great and material looks of good quality
- Package and delivery was good and relative fast
- So far, the glue looks strong and does not peel off

Not so positive:
- Front logo is slightly smaller and therefore in some parts the chrome part under it shows. Rear logo fits perfect
- Letters are also not a perfect fit, for example the inner part of the P or A are bit smaller than the letter setoff
- Since the letters are paper-thin installation is really hard

Regarding your feedback:
• We appreciate you pointing out the slight size difference in the front logo and letters. In fact, the front badge is intentionally made slightly smaller to prevent any lifting or peeling over time, especially on curved surfaces.
• As for the letters, we’re continuously working to improve fitment tolerances and precision, particularly for detailed areas like the inner parts of the “P” or “A”.

Delivered covers will not fit as told

Delivered covers will not fit as told. Spoke to the service for this and explained circumstances - but their reason is a not really given difference between italian and german modell, so they left me a feeling of arrogance only.

Abbiamo proposto il reso con rimborso completo nonostante abbia segnalato la problematica dopo un mese e l'ha rifiutata, molto sospetta come cosa.

Ahimè le risposte le forniamo sempre in maniera cauta e professionale per cercare di risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problematica ma hai preferito "minacciarci" con una recensione ma tenerti il prodotto per qualche strano motivo.

Recensione tuttavia non autentica.

Bad customers service

Bad customers service, the stickers game already not sticking anymore they come of the stick side already when you open the package! You pay alot for crap, they dont send a new pair and they only search for dumb reasons not to send you a new pair!! Dont buy Here!!

Everything turned out great.

So, i ordered some emblem stickers. Initially they're sent without T&T. I was a little nervous, because things tend to get lost when they're not tracked.

I wrote to them after 2 weeks, they said it could take longer. I was not in a hurry, so we waited a bit longer. After another 2 weeks i wrote back to them.
They recommended they ship it again. I said that, if that is their recommendation, then let's do that.

They shipped a new order, this time with T&T. It arrived today.
I haven't tried to apply them yet, so i can't comment on that part.

So far so good, they handled it like champs.
The best thing is, there's Italian candy in the package. Big W.
