I purchased the b-laser and over two months had no response from knee pain relief, I honestly thought what a scam this silly green light is..
Then I was contacted by Cher,who is amazing,she organised a replacement immediately,now after only two weeks a great improvement on my knee pain, I actually walked to the pub yesterday,not done that for a long time.
If you have a b-laser stuck in a cupboard or draw get it out and phone Cher,only talk to Cher,if she is not available,she will definitely ring you back….

Having struggled with the worse pain ever post my knee replacement, that was worse than before I wanted to look at other options than more surgery. I have been using the BCure Pro for two months and undoubtedly my pain levels have reduced and my sleep is better than in the last 18 months. I am excited at what this laser can do. My contact with the company has been met with wonderful customer service. Well-worth the investment.

My journey with B-Cure laser has been a very positive one. I am very impressed with my progress. I started out with the product when I had very bad menisci tear. Cher was and is still a darling. She was not really about the money. She was very sincere about the effectiveness of the product, gave me examples of when she used the it and the results. Plus, she was moved with compassion because at the time, I was limping badly! She worked out a good payment plan and still gave a discount. I can honestly and boldly say that the device is a miracle! I am walking much better and for longer distances. My chores take shorter time to do now. I also use B-Cure laser for pain in my waist, hands, thighs and within minutes, I walk painlessly. Three weeks ago, I sprained my waist muscle. I used B-Cure laser and within two weeks, I had fully recovered. The secret is CONSISTENCY! CONSISTENCY. As with any product that good results are expected, one must be consistent. The results may appear slow but I can attest that they are thorough! B-Cure laser is it for me! Just make sure you charge your device as required and change your battery when required also.

Bought my B-Cure Laser Pro in 2021 over a 2 year payment plan which worked well for me.
Initially I had a specialist who guided me through the process of ‘getting me started’ to make sure I achieved the best results and was at the end of a phone call should I need further assistance.
I bought my B-Cure due to arthritis in both feet, it seemed a no brainer as I trialed this for the 6 week free period and found it helped immensely. I since gone on to use it for back pain and the odd muscle strain.
Having rang customer services for advice on payment enquiries I found this to be hassle free and helpful.
All in all a happy customer and would recommend the B-CureLaser Pro.

My experience and advice to others, is to be consistent if you want results.
During covid 19 I wasn't being consistent due to my new health condition. I noticed very quickly my back pain worsened. It has allowed me to get through my day for the first few days without taking pain killers (before was on tramadol 7 days a week three times a day) before i have to resort to them. However its not a cure but will help you manager and I am grateful for finding this product. 🙏 Thank you.

I use the B Cure Laser pro daily for several conditions including tinnitus and arthritis. I was without a device for a period of a month and during that month my tinnitus escalated and was unbearable. For me it is proof that the device works. Prior to using a laser device, I could barely grip with my right hand and now I have a better grip and the pain has lessened markedly. I also use it daily in my neck where I had very little movement to the left - now I can turn my neck more easily when driving . I am a firm believer in laser therapy and B Cure have an amazing product . Thank you also to Melis for her superb telephone manner and service - I can fully recommend this product !

I am very impressed with the customer service. I can get in touch at any time if I have any questions or problems. I have only been using the device for a short while, so need more time to see how I improve.

I’m have been so pleased with my b-cure pro. I had such a bad shoulder and I religiously used this twice a day and it helped hugely. I’ve also used it on my knee which I fell on and now have no problems . I highly recommend this product it’s worth every penny.

I have a medical condition called CPDD (Calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease) which periodically causes my joints to swell and cause a lot of pain. Also I have arthritis in my lower spine, periodically given me pain. Then a couple of years ago I saw a tv advertisement with Matt Dawson recommending the B-Cure laser.
Since using the device, I have little or no pain. It’s been a thoroughly wonderful device for me, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have been using B Cure for almost 2years now. It has helped my arthritis tremendously and I don’t have to to rely on painkillers

With B-Cure Laser you have a training session included, either by phone or Zoom. This I found to be invaluable and helped me to understand how the product works, and how to use to achieve the maximum benefit.

Melis was great, helped me to settle in full my outstanding balance! Her knowledge about the product and also empathy is great! Her advices greatly enhanced our experience with the product. From customer service to the product's positive outcome, it has been a positive experience for us.

After speaking with Karl, I was set to finally get rid of my tennis elbow pain. With the combination of the B-cure Laser Pro and strengthening exercise with some stretching, I'm now pain-free. Karl is very helpful, and I would recommend this to anyone with injuries.

I was recommended the B-Cure Laser by Consultants in Harley Street who had been recommending it to their medical clients as an innovative and effective approach for MSK, injured muscles etc. We found it most successful on both my wife’s knee and also in relieving my own carpal tunnel syndrome, which I have had for years. As myself a senior Board member in NHS organisations for the last 20 years, I too would unhesitatingly recommend this to all parties. It is particularly effective for all the muscle sprains and pains that all of us increasingly acquire as we age. Very strongly recommended and indeed I would argue a potential “must have” item as we age, or for those at risk through their sporting activities. When we had some issues having lost the cable and instructions they were most helpful in sorting this out in customer service afterwards.

Returned product 2 years ago within the trial period using the returns label provided and have a Royal Mail receipt. Was harassed for months to keep paying then it stopped. This week I have been threatened with legal action. I have full chain of correspondence. No customer service.
