Did exactly what was requested
Jamie took the time to call me back after requesting to handle my employment redundancy settlement. As one of the co-owners of the firm, it was great to see that he not only wanted the business but was also happy to have a complimentary pre-consultancy call. Waking me through the entire process before signing the client letter. The whole team worked efficiently and ethically.
As a bonus, Jamie pushed back on my previous employee's legal team to pay my consultancy fee after I had already paid in full. I was promptly fully refunded by BCM.
I would highly recommend anyone call BCM for legal employment concerns in advance to help you make an informed decision.
