BCLC makes false statements and bans you

The people in charge of the Victoria branch said they cannot tell BCLC what to do. I have screenshots of BCLC saying GEPB instructed them to close my account? Who is lying here? Why does GPEB not answer my emails? Why was my account locked when I investigated BCLC. Then when I closed the investigation my account was reopened with BCLC. Then I reported possible cheating to BCLC internally and my account was closed. So this takes all incentive away from people to report cheating on the platform they are trying to make better.

How do we hold these people accountable? We have to make reddit posts to tell the public our story. Post on reddit, Google reviews, trustpilot reviews and Better Business Bureau. Also flood the BC Ombudsperson with complaints. That is how we start getting things done. I think the best thing of all is telling your story on reddit because even if you go with the BC Ombudsperson nothing really gets done and they don't question BCLC when BCLC made a false statement multiple times. I don't know if the false statements were intentional or not that's why I asked BC Ombudsperson to ask BCLC to clarify their explanation of a software error not affecting gameplay. It does affect gameplay but nobody wants to hold BCLC accountable.

GPEB also told me I am not allowed to call on the phone because they know I am exposing them. So GPEB does not reply to my emails but they also said I am not allowed to call on the phone... so there is no way to start an investigation to expose BCLC and GPEB

BCLC runs extremely tight slot machines… not Professional Casino. Scam!

BCLC runs extremely tight slot machines that hardly give any spins or fair play. A casino is supposed to offer entertainment and at least some chance of winning, but this one feels like a scam operation. They drain customers’ bank accounts without care, giving nothing back in return. It’s unfair and unprofessional to treat people this way, especially when it’s their hard-earned money on the line. A casino that doesn’t give players a fair chance should not even be allowed to operate. BCLC only lures people in, then steals from them, showing no concern for customers’ experience or well-being. This place is nothing more than legalized scamming and should be shut down.

Very hard to contact any one

Very hard to contact any one. Information highly censored. Example play now average keno pay out $6,000,000 per week . How much of this amount is being paid out in B.C. since I now have to compete with other provinces for winnings. I would like to know the portfolio of bclc and how much their profits have increased since May of this year

I HAVE STOPPED BUYING SCRATCH TICKETS…

I HAVE STOPPED BUYING SCRATCH TICKETS FROM BCLC as a direct result of their new validation system. It is time consuming to make a purchase, a hassle for retailers, and if the retailer makes a mistake the onus is on the consumer. I appreciate a new system can take time to iron out some issues, but I have run into the issue of the retailer not validating the ticket. I have followed the process being in contact with BCLC (a waste of my time) and now BCLC is only willing to provide a refund on the ticket cost instead of paying me my prize? So it apparently is up to me as a consumer to police the retailers I purchase from (not for them to police who they allow to sell their products) and if I have a problem I am the one that has to invest time to correct it and run the risk of BCLC deciding not to pay me. I personally am aware of several people who have had similar issues with the new system - - - what is happening to the funds from all of these winning tickets that BCLC is choosing not to pay ?
The only solution here is to not buy the product anymore. Pass it on.

New validation system with BCLC is…

New validation system with BCLC is terrible and has cost me money. 2 times I have purchased tickets and when returning to the store to cash them in the new terminals have showed “ticket already validated”. Also on 3 occasions when trying to validate winning tickets the new terminals were unable to validate. I never had an issues with BCLC until these new terminals. The people behind the new system should be terminated and when calling BCLC for explanations or a refund on these tickets they have not been helpful or sympathetic. They blame the merchants that sold these tickets to pass the blame and not take any responsibility. Shame on you BCLC and please fix this new system which I was told was implemented for quicker and smoother service. Neither of these two have been the case. Simply the opposite. Terrible

Loudly Curious

Just wondering why winners are almost always from Ontario. Has there been a statistical analysis why this is the case? It seems to defy law of averages.

Hi Medardo, thank you for your inquiry, and we apologize for the delay. Sometimes it can seem like eastern Canada wins all the jackpots, but the percentage of tickets purchased is in line with the percentage of jackpots won.

Since 2009 Ontario and Quebec have purchased 61% of Lotto Max tickets, and they've won 61% of Lotto Max jackpots.

Since 1985, Ontario and Quebec have purchased 67% of 649 tickets, and they've won 67% of 649 jackpots.

I play seldom

I play seldom, maybe once a week, it got worse, games are stupid,so many and there is no excitement and no excuse for them to take the money without any rewards.

They are corrupt greedy criminals

They are corrupt greedy criminals, culpable for tens of thousands of deliberate Chinese Fentanyl poisonings by facilitating money laundering for the Big Circle Boys and several other CCP-controlled crime syndicates. Many of them are going to jail.
