First time order with them, i get my package stolen (also first time it happens to me)

They reshipped a new order no questions asked, so i give them 5 stars.
Even amazon is more complicated than that..lol

I started by ordering smaller items to see how easy, efficient and quick this website was. They achieved my expectations. The tools I have bought thru them online have all been shipped to my door within a week or 2. They have all been working great without dent scratches or marks. Easy to use their website and with lots of information on each purchase. I don’t like buying expensive things online but I do here, they are amazing!

Excellent service, shipped next day after order and arrived few days after that ( I do live in same province though ) everything showed up as supposed to be and not damaged. Only thing I can think of that could improve is in the website it’self I can’t get all my orders into one account to review won’t allow me to login before purchasing another item some sort of captcha glitch

The combo kit I ordered was not immediately available, so they offered me a great deal on an upgraded combo at an awesome price, so much so I question and double checked what they offered me. So I go with the offer and ordered a few additional items. The items all arrived early and were all brand new and pristine, so no concerns there. And now I have some incredible tools for all those jobs that need doing at a fantastic price. Great company will do business with them again.

Quick and easy ordering online while processing of the order and delivery are also fast. Order updates via the personal account are regular and detailed and include a shipping/tracking number. Excellent experience with all purchases made thus far.
