AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAMMERS. Take deposit and do not answer calls, emails and do not deliver!

Equipment booked (with deposit) for an important party. Communicated several times so the order was clear. Some of their comms were rude and unhelpful. Then with very few days' notice (too soon to source an alternative) they cancelled on us. Refused to answer the phone. Let's see if we get the deposit back.

We booked a bouncy castle from BC Event Hire on the 14.09.2012 [have a email confirmation from them with a booking reference number]. BC Event Hire LTD (Coventry) were meant to show at 1pm on the 2nd Jan 2022. They didn't! Despite messaging on Facebook, Next Door, SMS, WatsApp messaging, calling on numerous occasions and leaving voicemails since Wednesday (29th Dec) - nothing. I waited patiently for half-an-hour and still nothing. In the end I called Bounce Away Castles - They were BRILLIANT! Lady I spoke to was lovely, man arrived within 15mins, set up in 10mins and we had a bouncy castle set up before guests arrived - honestly couldn't have asked for a better save.

There was no communication from BC Event Hire at all...no show, no contact. It's not even about the £10 deposit, it's the unprofessional behaviour and the lack of regard for someone trust! Absolutely disgusted and shocked that they get business. My advice - I would steer clear! Do NOT use this crap company.

What an amazing day we had for our son’s 1st birthday. We contacted b c event hire about hiring some equipment from them Safari theme for the party and we ended up booking everything with them from castle and soft play to the dinner table set up. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did. Reading these reviews saying they don’t turn up is a lie cus they turned upto our sons party and we are happy to send photos of everything to anyone who asks. We spoke to multiple people in the office and have never been ignored.
Just want to say Thankyou to each and everyone of you who was involved for making it such a special day for him, he had the best time and Will certainly be using you every year now.

Would give this company 0 stars if I could. We paid the deposit for a bouncy castle for our daughters birthday and received booking confirmation confirming a before 9am delivery. The bouncy castle didn’t arrive and we tried leaving numerous emails and voicemails but nobody got back to us. Nor did they refund our deposit. Appalling customer service and completely ruined our daughter’s 4th birthday. Avoid this company!

If I could give a 0 I would, but unfortunately I can’t.

Ordered a football penalty shootout and a bouncy castle with a slide for my son’s 6th birthday party. They phoned me on Thursday advising I would be 9:00 - 9:30 delivery, 10:30 I get a text to say running late will be within the hour. Party started at 12:30 and no delivery had been made, I sent text messages, I phoned them, even got other people to phone incase it was just me they were ignoring but nothing!!! They text me at 1:15pm saying they were 20 minutes away, but by then another company had been found and delivered a castle and saved the party, but honestly they weren’t 20 minutes away.

Now the task is to get my deposit back!!! Do not use, absolutely shocking company
