Excellent Bcengi Support

I had wonderful experience with the team support from Aliaksandra and Asya when I met with difficulties on my phone when I was trying to activate the Esim. Every request I made was immediately attended to without fail.
I like to extend my appreciation to them for their patience and excellent support given.

That was my first experience with esim…

That was my first experience with esim and I really liked how it is arranged in Bcengi, especially that I can have permanent esim that is charged only whenever used. Once I had a problem with a transfer of esim to another phone and Aliaksandra from customer service was very efficient in fixing the issue.

Convenient eSim for travel to multiple countries

Did some research on eSims for travel and after trying the one Sim per country method decided to try bcengi for easy of only having one eSim installed and the fact that it did not expire (plus it was usage based)! Did have an installation issue which told me my iPhone was not comparable with the new eSim. Texted customer service with a refund request. Aysa was brilliant in response time and information. She was back to me immediately and asked to re-try installation again which worked! Activation cost less than $0.01c in my home country. I await its use while away. Keep you posted on how I fare!

Great customer service

I came across this company while researching eSIMs and like the fact that purchased data does not expire and it's a one time SIM, covers many countries and they admit they are not always the cheapest. I purchased a $10 credit for an upcoming trip, and had many questions. I received support from Asya, Dmitry and Albi all of them have been very quick to respond with knowledgeable and specific answers. This is really convenient with auto top up and a credit and data that does not expire. The per GB rate is also really low for Europe(Turkiye and Greece) where I am headed. The nice thing is that because it's one SIM for the world, I was able to test locally in Canada to make sure my phone app, WhatsApp, SMS, browsing were all working. I was really impressed by the quick responses to my emails. I will post an update after I travel, but so far my experience has been great. Great job folks.

Excellent customer support

I already have an Bcengi esim for my phone - this has worked flawlessly in the 4 countries I have since visited. So I wanted to know about getting one for my mobile router. The customer service support was excellent! Asya, was helpful thoughout and it turned out the difficiulties I was having came down to a weak mobile signal in my local area rather than any issue with the esim product. All working well now!

It seems to be a scam

It seems to be a scam. Avoid it. Over the many hours I spent trying to get this "service" to work, it became clear that the problem was not network coverage. I could occasionally get Bcengi to connect to a network with a strong signal, but the connection would be terminated almost immediately.

We are not a scam. The connection issue in Japan occurred because there was insufficient network signal in your specific location. No carrier - including Rakuten or KDDI - provides 100% coverage nationwide, as is the case in every country. You requested a refund, which we issued promptly. Our support team responded immediately and did everything possible to assist. Network coverage ultimately depends on local carrier availability, which is outside of our control.

Terrible sim

Terrible experience.
Worked in some parts of Vietnam then stopped connecting.
Spent 2 hours trying to sort it but nothing worked. The chat left me hanging for 30 mins between replies.
Eventually, I had to download another esim in the end and asked for a refund.
Even though I spent 2 hours of my day trying to connect, they still deducted the small amount from the price on the refund.
Not recommended.

I agree , it worked in parts of Vietnam, but, I bought it to work in all parts of Vietnam.
The new sim i bought worked immediately and with full 5G.
I know that I used a small amount of Bcengi data when it did work, but, my point was that i spent 2 hours of my holiday time trying to get the Bcengi sim to work.
I sent a screenshot of all my phone and connection settings in a email to prove that it wasnt a problem my end ,and,it wasnt, that is why I expected a full refund for the problems I had.
Bcengi areblaming their network suppliers for a poor signal ,but, the Ubigi sim i bought had full 5G, so, they need to get a decent supplier.

We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy.

Your eSIM was working in Vietnam and had successfully used data (about 400 MB) two days prior, with additional successful usage earlier as well. When you contacted support, we shared initial troubleshooting steps to better understand the issue. About 30 minutes later, you replied that it wasn’t working and requested a refund.

The device did reconnect on 3G, which indicates weak local signal conditions. In many areas, devices may initially connect to one carrier and later switch to another with stronger 4G/5G coverage; working through this with support, including a simple restart or session refresh on our end, usually resolves it. You also confirmed that it had worked successfully in another part of Vietnam earlier.

We do not control local mobile network coverage. In Vietnam, service is provided via Viettel and MobiFone, and performance depends on local signal availability at the time.

The refund excluded only data that had already been used in prior days; the remaining balance was refunded.

Proffessional & Prompt

I recently took out a data plan from a budget eSIM company, Saily, before leaving the UK for our holiday to South Africa. Unfortunately they were unable to get me connected to the local network on my arrival. Queries mailed to them early in the morning were, more often, replied to late into the night and each query I had, was replied to by a different agent asking, without fail, for the same information. I sent copious amounts of phone screenshots that were never used to solve issue. This resulted in no continuity and no one taking full ownership of the problem to resolution. I spent 1.5 weeks with no connectivity. Does Saily not see the importance of one agent taking ownership of a customer problem through to resolution. I cancelled with them and took out an eSIM with Bcenji.

I immediately noticed the same connectivity issues, however, I had two agents, Asya and Yuliya taking full ownership of the problem. Within a couple of hours they had dealt with the local network and with a few tests and checks, I had full connectivity away from the accommodation wifi.

Furthermore, Bcenji's product is excellent in that you only pay for what you use and the eSIM is a single eSIM for all the countries you travel to which they support (200+)

They are what I would call a "Carlsberg" experience.

They are what I would call a "Carlsberg" company. Probably the best customer service for response I have had in a long time. I researched and decided this e-sim would suit my needs. I went through the process of buying but when I went to install I realised my Samsung phone would not accept it so I emailed explained my problem and asked for possible refund. Within 10 minutes an email from Asya and my credit was in progress. When I update my phone I will certainly install a Bcengi e-sim.
