I have been with BCGame for several…

I have been with BCGame for several years now and established an SVIP status. My experience has been excellent, especially after being assigned Wendy as mt VIP host. BC.Game is a very bad and unreliable platform. I have deposited money many times, but the amount was never credited to my wallet. Because of this issue, I have lost my money several times.

Today again I deposited ₹100 but it was not credited.

Every time I contact support, they ask for a bank statement and also demand a video recording from another phone. They do not accept screen recording. It is not possible to arrange another phone every time just to record a video.

Even after providing details, the deposit is still not credited. Because of this I believe this platform is not trustworthy.

I would advise people to stay away from such gaming apps where even deposited money is not returned.

Cheating the customer

Terrible Casino design. Perya color game they said 2% house edge but it actually 50.8% house edge. 3 dice with 6 color each. Chance for 3 same color is 1/36 so it should pay 30-36x depend on house edge. But they only pay 16.7x. That is robbery.

However, four years ago, a critical security breach occurred. While I was actively using the platform, I witnessed 0.027 ETH being removed from my balance. Upon reviewing my account history, the transaction was labeled as "Sent."
It is a fundamental operational rule on BC.Game that standard user accounts only possess Withdrawal privileges to verified addresses. Users do not have a "Send" function to arbitrary destinations. This indicates either a severe internal system error or an unauthorized intrusion into the platform’s administrative backend.
Failed Dispute Resolution and Account Seizure:
For the past four years, I have repeatedly contacted customer support to resolve this disappearance of funds. Not only did the platform fail to provide a definitive conclusion or restitution, but it also proceeded to lock my account.

BC.GAME'S 'TIPS AND TRICKS' AGAINST CUSTOMERS

This is an update regarding my issue with BC.Game.

After I posted my previous TRUSTPILOT review, BC.Game finally replied asking for my User ID and payment Order Number. Since Trustpilot does not allow users to reply to company responses, I am writing this new review to provide the details they requested.

I made this deposit on 10 February 2026 at 01:08 PM. The deposit never arrived in my account. After waiting 7 hours, I submitted a complaint with full proof, including bank statement and a third-party verification video.
The next day they asked again for the bank statement, which I submitted once more on 11 February 2026 at 08:47 PM.

After that there was no response at all.
BC.Game states that if a deposit does not arrive, they can manually credit it after 7 days. So on 18 February I requested a manual credit. They promise a reply within 24 hours, but again there was no response.

Only after 22 days did they finally reply.
Instead of resolving the issue, they asked for another long third-person video proof, even though my bank statement and other documents were already verified.

This request is unreasonable. The BC.Game app only allows 50 MB upload size, while the video they are requesting would clearly be much larger than that if recorded properly. A clear recording of all those steps would easily exceed that limit.

So the question is simple: how can anyone upload such a video if the platform itself does not allow the required file size?

This makes the request look like a delaying tactic rather than a real verification step.
Even more concerning, their message also says that payments older than 30 days may not be confirmed. But the delay happened because they did not respond for 22 days.
So they delay the process themselves and then say they might not confirm the payment because too much time has passed. This is a clear contradiction.

I have already provided valid bank proof showing the money was sent. If BC.Game claims they did not receive the payment, they should also provide proof from their side.

Players should be careful. Depositing money may be easy, but resolving a deposit problem with BC.Game can become an extremely long and frustrating process.

screwed me over $1650 withdraw due to currency swap error

Hello BC.Game, maybe a review will get me the help I need.

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced while attempting to swap BCD to ETH.

I was trying to convert my BCD coin to ETH, which I have successfully done in the past without any issues. However, when I pressed “Confirm” on the swap, it did not appear to register or complete properly. After that, I proceeded to withdraw with ETH selected, but instead of receiving ETH, the system sent me 1650 BCD.

Since then, I have submitted multiple support tickets but have not received meaningful assistance. I’ve repeatedly been redirected to the help bot “Coco,” which has not resolved the issue and has left me stuck in a loop without real support.

I have been using BC.Game for a long time and have always enjoyed the platform, which is why this situation is especially frustrating. I am simply requesting assistance in resolving this issue so that I can withdraw my $1,650 in ETH as intended.

After 5 years they closed my account because i got hacked

3/26/26 what does not make any sense about this “national id” is the drivers license and id card are the exact same thing, they are both state issued cards in America the id has no bearing over the drivers license. They are the same.. if anything the drivers license is the one that is more. Real ID is a national ID. It works to travel nationally in our airports. A passport is in a league of its own. That is a federal id that is used to travel out of the country. Its the only one of its kind. You should be accepting my drivers license just like mystake.bet did

Terrible casino. There are a couple significant factors that make me call them terrible and enough so that i have come to write a review. The customer service is completely bunk. I don’t know if they are AI bots or what but they are completely self serving and do nothing for you the customer.. they just read back the same generic answers that seem generated. I had been a customer of bc game dating back to 2021 and they weren’t always as bad as they are now. The support would be helpful at times but come to think of it they were always a shady casino. The welcome package being put in “locked bcd” the incentives to get players to join, worse than a Ponzi scheme. Fast forward to January 2026 i was attempting to get one of my bonuses called the taco Tuesday bonus and it is received thru telegram (and it’s kinda ridiculous that they make you go thru all these third party avenues to get a bonus) well i got hacked from telegram. Someone made a fake telegram profile with bcgame info and they linked you to a dummy mirror site and stoled my credentials. I didn’t notice right away but i was playing on a game and dwindling down from $100. i was at about $46 dollars and the game froze and as quick as i refreshed the balance was at zero. I was confused as to why my balance was low. Support directed me to the bet history where i saw on a game i hadnt played “Crash” the entirety of my balance was used. They had asked me if i wanted them to lock my account while they investigate and i said no. Well i got hacked again one week later and when they asked me this time i said yes. That was my biggest mistake. They were like the biggest lying snakes I’ve ever encountered. They made me jump thru hoops even tho i had deduced that i had been hacked the same exact way as one week prior. And just like that after 5 years of solid gaming patronage and almost 1 million dollars usd waged they locked me out of my account and closed it. The deciding factor after weeks of torturous back and forth they wanted a kyc verification with an ID card or passport but my real ID drivers license wasn’t acceptable to pass kyc verification. I never thought in a million years they would have treated me so poorly with such disregard. I’m currently talking to law firms about a class action. I have lost so much from ever beginning to play at bcgame. I strongly urge you to never play with them. They are crooks thieves and liars and there is no one trying to regulate them. They are wolves in sheeps clothing that prey on gamers. They should be shutdown. If i could give them zero stars I would. They emailed me that the matter was viewed as incomplete and since has been closed. There’s no possible way for me to contact customer service anymore. They have completely scammed me 1000% they have broken my heart completely. I am so lost without my account. I never like playing anywhere else. Scammers

I wanted to self exclude permanently. By their rules first u need to start a 24 hours cooling period, after that period is UP, you can choose the time period of the exclusion. Twice i got scammed and im not provided the chance to self exclude permanently but just for another 24 hours. I am sad

I love bc game because of fast withdrawals in crypto , but i have a issue with them , i deposited Fiat with debit card and i made 800€ but i cant withdraw them because need to be bank transfer , i cant just exchange euros for any crypto also i cant withdraw my money because bank transfer is in maintenance , i am waiting three days to withdraw but i cant also when i ask in live chat They say will be available soon but dont know when , i am unhappy because i cant withdraw my money untill the maintenance is completed , how long will take to have bank transfer withdraw be available ??? A Good casino have bank transfers available , but you guys are making me doubt and dont play more in the casino
