I have lost all trust in this company. My account was hacked and my money stolen in seconds. I reported it to them, and they told me I needed to change my password and increase my account security. My account was temporarily locked, then recovered. I deposited money and played, and the same thing happened again. This time, however, the money wasn't withdrawn; it was simply played and lost in seconds. The strange thing is, I should have received an email for withdrawal, and there are several other steps I should have taken to withdraw the money. But all of these steps were bypassed, and the money was withdrawn in seconds. The company didn't help me at all; they closed the case, saying they weren't responsible for the hack and that it was my responsibility and the company's responsibility to secure information and accounts. They didn't compensate me in any way for the two times I was robbed while playing on the site.
