Last time the driver forgot to finish…

Last time the driver forgot to finish hes job.the pipe it was lose from the nozzle and i fixed my self.the gas was licking.and all waysthe gas cylinder slightly empty.

Hi Kerem,

As your deliveries are normally made in the morning while the premises are unattended, our driver has previously connected the replacement cylinders for you. However, the restricted access and height within the cylinder cage makes connecting and checking the existing pigtails difficult.

In particular, accessing the two rear cylinders in the four-cylinder setup requires the driver to disconnect and move the two front cylinders to gain access to the rear cylinders.

We would therefore recommend having longer, suitable LPG pigtails fitted, which would provide easier and safer access when changing the cylinders. We also stock longer-length pigtails, so please feel free to give us a call and we can advise on the options available.

Alternatively, we are happy to leave future deliveries disconnected if you prefer, so that you can connect the cylinders yourself.
