We drove 1.5 hours specifically to buy the XL Traeger. We waited in line, told the sales agent what we wanted and he assured us that he would be right with us. We waited an additional 15 minutes while he attended to several other customers. We made eye contact but were not acknowledged. While waiting we compared on line prices and decided to buy elsewhere. Very bad customer service.
They didn’t have the product in stock (I didn’t notice and bought it anyway). The product wouldn’t arrive in time, so I canceled the order. I sent an email and received a response very quickly, along with the reimbursement without any issues.
